Today I got angry with a whole group of girls lol. And that has happened so many times before….

I just lose control under pressure, and my mars is strong enough to make me able to assert myself - speak up my mind. But never without a big conflict…

Is it possible for these angry martian people to learn how to control themselves? And how?

Everytime I think I got it, I don't. There is 1 mio. different situations, and each one of them is a test for me…. I feel like a bomb ready to explode sometimes. And yes I do sports, even meditation sometimes…

I always get angry when people don't listen to me, and treat me like I'm their donkey or something. I hate when people "command" me to do their own work.

But My mars is square and opposite 4th and 6th house - that's like my everyday tasks, work, family and home. So it's practically everywhere I go, because right now I work in my big brothers business lol. And no, we are not the greatest friends already, and I've only been there 4 days.

Well at least in the past, now i am much more balanced.

Both are difficult.

You said you get angry when you feel like you're not being heard/listened to, so the alternative would be to be more confident and assertive in your speech, to make sure you grab people's attention.

Rather than yelling/being forceful, just state what you think/feel exactly and try to instill more honesty and straight-forwardness in your communication with people.

When people tell you to do something you don't want to do, think about if you really have a valid reason not to do it. Sometimes we have no other choice but to submit. Other times, if you feel that your point is justified, you can communicate it, again devoid of pure aggression or anger.

Constructive anger is possible, but it doesn't come easily.
When you start getting angry, avoid acting on that feeling, especially with others. If you feel the need to do something physical like shout or kick something, it'd better be something inanimate so as to avoid creating more conflict/hurt feelings/drama.

You can try to just sit with that angry feeling and feel it out without doing anything in particular except "feel", but it may turn into suppression or expand even more. Maybe you could try different techniques, like writing things down, punching a pillow or even dancing. Something physical but not harmful to yourself or others.

Eh hope it doesn't sound like I'm preaching or like I know everything there is to know about anger.

he is aggressive in a very emotional way. he shouts almost everyone, even to his customers. He can not see how this negatively effects his relationships. Neptune square ascendant…

I aggressive as well.

I have hard aspects between those planets and I'm the same way. It takes a lot to get me to the point but once I'm there's it's like no stopping it. I rarely get that mad but the times in my life I have been that mad have just been life ruining and crazy. Usually I get sad or mad sad, where you're so mad you cry instead of doing mad things.

My whole chart is almost only squares and oppositions… and opposite you, I get easily stressed out, angry and ruin things… there is just not so much left to ruin anymore lol.

And sometimes my anger takes days, other times it takes minutes… it also depends on the person I'm dealing with I noticed..I can't get really mad with pisces/virgo or libra people… they are too sweet:S It makes me feel so bad if I get angry with them :S Luckily my boyfriend is exactly that mix lol…cannot get angry with him, even if I tried
