Has anybody come across a person, who natally has the transit that you are experiencing?

I have seen this come up a few times. I met this lady, who in her chart has, Sun Uranus conjunction, Mars Pluto conjunction. I'm experiencing these transits now and I wonder what energies/influences are passed by this.
