Did this guy have some hard aspects to Saturn? Especially Saturn-Venus and Saturn-Moon? Maybe a Saturn-Venus conjunction?
I just discussed this yesterday, and it seems aspects to Saturn lend themselves to liking a trim figure.

They like an innocent look. One Cancer Venus man commented over and over how "innocent" I look, and how much he loved it. I think they also like a submissive quality, which makes me gag. My Aries sun finds it very off-putting lol.
