Lol... Yes, saturn rules the skin.
I wonder if tsaturn aspecting chart ruler or maybe tmars aspecting natal saturn could show something to this effect?

Heh. Yeah perhaps. I've always had nice skin and I dont really burn. Saturn conj ASC and trine mars. My bro has terrible skin. Flaky and burns easily. Its not that bad haha. He has a tight opp between Sat and Moon. Interesting
