Hi there! I have this same placement too.
My Ascendant (4º 40' Capricorn) is quincux /inconjunct my venus (0º56' Gemini)...

So I could talk to you from my experience...

I think I have a difficult time when expressing my feelings to people, and that I give the wrong impression whe they first met me. They usually say I look so serious and distant, and cold, and controlled... But when then I start talking to people, I'm sweet and really insecure and really mental and talkative... people always tell me that i look so diferent when they first met me..... it's hard because I'm not that serious, I'm more superficial even, but they always telling me i look profound and misteroious, or even they're scared of talk to me in the beggining. It's hard too because I have problms to be spontaneous in the begginings.

This aspect can show itself when Im alone too, in the bus for example Im super controlled and serious and then someone I know appears and all my facial expressions which seems like a robot change and then I'm super insecure or tender or sweet and smiling.

About my art, I consider myself as pretty artistic (my sun and my venus are in the 5th house in Koch and placidus house system), I write a lot, and I draw, I sing sometimes and even I make songs I compose, but this is a really private world of myself.

I mean I keep it like really away from the people I know... only few friends know I write and draw and sing etc. I dedicate to the art in internet, or blogs, but when I've shared this parts of me, to people I know I haven't been well received... maybe they're too different or they don't like the same things I do. which is a problem I guess.

Other thing I can sense is my insecurity when I'm meeting someone, I really change my way of comuniacting and talk and be around when they really know me but maybe that's not a good thing because maybe they feel attracted by the misterious serious person and not the talkative. Lol. Venus has something to do with How we value orselves but it has to do to how we give affections and sentiments too don yoy think?

That is not a quincunx, which must be within 3° of exact, so 147-153°. What you've given here is 3.8° from exact. Coming up too short in the 146° range and you're stepping on the dead space between bi-quintile/144° aspect and the quincunx. Same if going too far into 154.3° (tri-septile). A good argument can be made for an even tighter orb for the quincunx, say 2.5° or even less.

Now, it's possible you do have this aspect, but that your Asc figure is at least a degree off, but putting it within range of the aspect.

Yes, but the strongest factors are the planet, in this case Venus is a benefic, and the most personal 'body' point, the Asc. The quincunx between them suggests important lessons over time that require an adjustment in indulgences, self-worth, not that there is core insecurity. That will be seen in Moon, Saturn, Neptune aspects, and unless your Venus is in hard aspect with Saturn or Neptune it's not involved with this.

The quincunx brings potential health issues in soft tissues and kidneys from over-indulgence, intake of allergens.

Venus quincunx Asc is a degree of kindness, impressionability, willingness to bend to reach out to others. It is fundamentally social-sensual in nature, so tends to lean one to the helping professions or entertainment. But the interpretation of this aspect really depends on where Venus is and the signs involved, etc. Venus quincunx Asc from the 7th is different from it quincunx from 6th or 8th. Venus in a water sign, different than if in a fire sign.

The aspect definitely does not make a person unattractive as suggested by the original post. Venus always relates its own principle of beauty and desire for relationship, no matter the aspect. The aspect can hint at the tendency to over-do, or some issues in relation to self, but Venus does not conspire to make us unattractive. Not its job.

So:
Sun inconjunct ASC: try hard when it comes to proving your pride in yourself, comes off as arrogant and insensitive in your demeanor

Moon inconjunct ASC: exaggerated and unrealistic way of expressing emotional state. People don't find your emotions to be genuine at times, may think you a liar.

Mercury incon-ASC: tries too hard to come off as smart? Intelligent? A false intellect? You gaslight people.

Venus incon-ASC: tries too hard to be something you are not. You don't accept your own beauty traits and try to mimic those of others maybe? You have your own beauty but always try to match someone else's and it throws people off.

Mars incon-ASC: similar to venus. You seem fake/exaggerated in the way you express your ambition and energy. You push your energy in the wrong way, throws people off.

Jupiter-ASC: Fake deep? Culturally insensitive?

Saturn-ASC: poor ambitions to your image

Uranus-ASC: like Mercury. Can't seem to find a balance between individual and innovative without coming off as snobby and a try hard pseudo-intellect.

Neptune inconjunct ASC: try hard at being glamorous and ethereal in appearance, people often think you lie (you might) or the things you say don't match up with your appearance and how you really seem to be.

I think with the inconjunct to the ascendant there is just something exaggerated about how you choose to express that planet's attributes to your appearance.

She really is a "try hard" though, she has always been obsessed with being ultra thin, she wears beautyful clothes, perfectly done makeup and nails, uses expensive skincare products etc.

It isn´t tastless or over the top or anything, she just looks really put together, almost perfectly.
