What could indicate that a person isn't very trustful, but not lucky either if they tried to be trustful? Some people seem very pessimistic and paranoid, but if they actually open up their eyes and start believing in other people and the good in the world, they WOULD actually get burned, and have all their fear realized - just because of their huge lack of luck in life???IP: Logged |

That outcome has nothing to do with luck. What you described above - implies two extremes, one where someone is very pessimistic- even paranoid and another - where the one question switches to the other extreme - while displaying a naive attitude in relation to others. Both extremes describe a victim - in first scenario, the one question is a victim of her pessimistic believes - of her paranoia - while in the other, the one in question is a victim of her actions in relation to other people. In both cases her eyes were closed. When you open your eyes - you don't become delusional - you don't switch a cage with a idealistic dream (wishful thinking). The world is full of diversity - and among that diversity you have all kind of good people but in same time, where there is light - there's also darkness. People are both good and bad (there's both light and darkness within) - but some are dominated by light - while others are dominated by darkness. It's easier to switch from light to darkness - but it's not that easy to switch back to light (if you went in deep enough and don't know how to swim). Above person seems to be dominated by darkness - not necessarily a bad person, but her inclinations - seem dark in nature. Darkness is also necessary (the Good and Bad part - is a human delimitation between safety/light and possible danger/darkness) - same as light, but it's a harsh place for someone with a weak character (a poor experience in dabbling with darkness). PS.Don't quote.
