Or is it some other aspect that affects me. Okay so I was speaking with a gem friend of mine. Who commented that he virgo moon friends are overwhelmed when men pine after them. But will stay pursuing a jerk forever. I'm afraid I may resemble that comment.  Thing is, it's not intentional, but I'm more attracted to the men that I pursue, than the men who pursue me. Yet I vehemently hate chasing. So wtf? Any feedback. IP: Logged |

Lol.....I don't like men chasing me at first.
I need slow n steady with me initiating most the contact so I can feel safe. If I'm not sure if I really like person, I don't want to feel pressured, forced or guilted into being something to someone before I'm ready.
But once I fall in love or know I want to be with the person....I love them chasing me!
I will step back from initiating things once I realize my feelings are there and allow them to take the lead from that point on.IP: Logged |

We don't play games, it's more about feeling safe with our choice in love and we need the time to figure out our feelings and if it's safe for us to love the person. We need to direct it because if it moves too fast we get afraid we'll make a mistake and get hurt. But if it moves to slow we feel they are not interested enough in us to meet our needs and let us know they care. It's a delicate balance that only we can direct so we feel safe. I think it's that we know we love deeply and we hand ourselves over to others once we fall in love, we give too much!
To me its all about protecting ourselves, no bad intentions at all! IP: Logged |

Hmm my s.o has a virgo moon. He doesn't chase. Doesn't like to be chased either. Likes a bit of flirting back n forth to show interest. IP: Logged |

I don't like people pursuing me first. I like to be the pursuer. Why? I like being in control. It's flattering when someone chases after me first, but it can make me feel emotionally uncomfortable because it will catch me off my guard. It really bothers me when someone approaches me and tries to pick me up and I am not 'ready' emotionally. My moon is disposited by Mercury in Scorpio which adds to the control factor.  Rejection is also my #1 fear. Not sure if other Virgo Moons get this, but I hate being made a fool of or feeling jaded. It's pretty much possible whether I'm the pursuer or the pursued...however, it's riskier when you're the pursuer, so this aspect of being the pursuer can make me uncomfortable. UGH! IP: Logged |

I have these exact placements as well! Moon trine Neptune is my tightest aspect in my chart besides Venus conjunct Jupiter. I also attract people who are broken, addicted, need 'fixing', have physical or emotional pain, etc. I want to help everyone I can, but it helps to be discerning and use intuition AND logic to see who deserves your love and resources vs. who is taking advantage of you and/or being an emotional vampire. As you said, you can't change someone easily, even for the better. Change has to come from within that person - he/she has to activate it him/herself, which is frustrating for helpers like us. OMG this describes me exactly. LOL. I really hate when I'm out and someone tries to "pick me up". It feels do awkward. And yes, fear if rejection is a huge Virgo moon issue. I have moon sextile Pluto. Would that create control issues? IP: Logged |

I think I also have Neptune trine moon. :| And I attracted to douchebags. But I think Virgo moon in general have a desire to fix...also known as attracted to projects.

I thought so... I definitely have fear of rejection/abandonment issues. Not sure if it's my own egocentric health issues or Virgo Moon. Maybe it is both. Glad someone else feels the same in any case! IP: Logged |
