Neptune rules music and channelling the muses and all, but I've noticed Uranian-influenced people really enjoy Dubstep, or remixes:

People who I've observed like it...
1) Sun/Moon in Aquarius, Mercury/Neptune in Capricorn, Venus/Uranus in Aquarius, Asc unknown

2) Sun in Sagittarius semisquare Moon/Uranus in Aquarius, Cancer Asc opposite Jupiter/Neptune

3) Sun in Leo, Moon/Mercury in Virgo trine Neptune, Asc/Uranus in Aquarius

4) Sun in Scorpio square Moon/Uranus (which also conjuncts Neptune) in Aquarius (p.s. that's me)

So, combo of Uranus + aspects to Neptune= affinity for Dubstep?

If you like it, what aspects do you think adds to that?

If you don't like it or prefer another music genre... still feel free to list the aspects in question

I do like it and a wide variety of "electronic" music. Along with rap I must admit.

Sun in Leo in 11th (aqua/uranus house)
Mercury/Mars in Virgo 12th
Venus in Virgo 12th square Neptune (and kaali if you follow asteroids)
Oh, Uranus in Scorpio trine Gemini moon.

I like the darker sounding stuff but not exclusively.
Years ago I listened to like some crazy @$$ gore metal and just the worst of the worst. Barbie is glad that is not the case now. lol

I love all music, not a huge fan of dubstep but I'll listen to it, I prefer house and chillstep, I do loooove Gemini and Bassnectar though My Neptune and Uranus are conjunct, 2 degree orb. I have several other aspects with both as well.

My prefered music would be alternative and heavier rock.

I love heavy metal, i do enjoy dark music. I can enjoy trap or dubstep and i like indian classic or world music.

I only really listen to electronic music, or chilled out stuff, i usually hate guitars and pianos, never really understood why.
I like some songs that are close to dubstep nowadays but I sorta feel like dubstep in general is a bit too 2010 for me. I am enjoying the more chilled out music like that stuff that airs on MTV dance nowadays

I have aqua sun/moon/venus in the 12th, venus squares pluto.
neptune is my chart ruler and it is conjunct uranus, sextile pluto.
