I was told that natal Mars conjunct/opposite Pluto is one of aspects that makes one attracted to foreigners

And it has been very true for me. For example, I am asian and I have a very strong tropical/jungle fever (African Americans/Canadians, Hispanics, South Asians, West Indians, etc)

I'll also add that it may depend a lot on where you live and if you move elsewhere.

For example, I was born in a different country than the US, then moved here, which technicality makes everyone a "foreigner" - but since I was raised here it kinda gets crossed out so I'm more likely to be attracted to those outside my birth country AND the US. Does that make any sense? Lol

Either way, I doubt Mars/Pluto indicates attraction to foreigners in any way ...

So when the 5th House (romance) and the 9th House (being open and interested in the whole world) rulers come together, it can make you generally attracted to people around the world, not just where you live.

I have this (wide Mars-Neptune conjunction in Sagittarius), and I'm often attracted to foreigners. That happening in Sag probably reinforces the influence.

Also, consider the fact that the ruler of your 5th house (Jupiter/Sag) is in aspect with your Mars/Pluto conjunction. That may have been what the person was talking about.

I agree that having Sag on the 5th cusp may be a strong factor.

I also notice your Moon in 9th is forming a tight t- square with your 7th ruler Uranus opp. Jupiter. Having Jupiter opp. 7th Ruler and a 9th house Moon square 7th Ruler could very well indicate being drawn to or marrying a foreigner.

The ruler of of Sag (Jupiter) is trine Pluto, I'm not sure if it is trine mars too as it's a wide conjunction.

Sag makes up a part of your 5th house, which is one of your romantic houses and... You are a Sag.

The ruler of your 9th house is trining the traditional ruler of the 9th house.

First, you have Sun in Sagittarius.

Sun in Sagittarius is often attracted to all things that will expand their vision. Things foreign, things religious, things unknown etc.

Jupiter,mostly associated with Sagittarius, is in the 11th house.

This is not about "interracial" attraction per se, but it does suggest that you befriend and share a great deal of moral/value commonalities with all sorts of differing people and find it easy to relate to all people.

Neptune and Uranus in 5th suggest an attraction to the unusual and the "untried". And ,yes, this includes people who don't share you racial profile.

Moon in the 9th house suggests that live-in partners or marriage partners will be from a very differing background to your own.

The above people may travel a lot, study a great deal or just be from a differing state/country. They may even have a very differing religious background.

Another strong indicator of attraction or "affiliation" is Aquarius DC which suggests that you find it easy to "partner up" with the unusual/different/eccentric.

There are so many indicators-others more subtle.

Your Moon in Aries, for instance, seems to not care what others think and will do what they want-disregarding public opinion.

Pluto conjunct Mars in their respective signs of Scorpio suggests someone who doesn't mind breaking social rules and restrictions.

Pluto-Mars conjunct often indicates someone who is drawn to "dangerous" types or challenges;this seems to heighten sexual arousal.

By "dangerous",I don't mean knives and guns ,but I do mean that you don't mind breaking social rules or restrictions.

Interracial relations often elicit outrage in more conservative others and the Mars-Pluto conjunct is just the aspect to say "f** it" to all that.

Mars-Pluto conjunct suggests an attraction to literally "dark" people; those would be black people, those with dark features or some mysterious "swagger".

But Mars-Pluto in the 4th often suggests that this attraction is both from a deeply psychological and sexual perspective.
