Example:

Leo Saturn (detriment) in 11H (dignified-I assume from Aquarius being ruled by Uranus and Saturn so just play with that idea)

Does this just cancel everything out to nothingness??

If you have Saturn conjunct MC you will see a rise in station and will have a certain amount of authority over others. Could just be an educator or something like that but you will be considered an authority, regardless of sign.
