Ok back up, i just realized it was only 300 years ago in the western world Astronomy and Astrology were separated, Up until then for the past 12,000 years since the age of Leo, around 10,000 bc - 1700 AD they were the same thing. This was 300 years ago. "Coincidentally" at the same time the Illuminati was formed by Adam Weishaupt in 1738.Astronomy and Astrology are the same science and they always have been, but the progression of it has been stopped because people don't want you to know the truth, why? Because we would have something to live for other than the system. The River Nile was NATURALLY aligned with the Milky Way, Pyramids of Giza and Maya were built in alignments with the stars of Orion's belt and the city Heliopolis with Leo. Cultures based their entire civilizations and lives on the stars and now we have the most widely used currency on the planet, the One Dollar Bill, with a Pyramid on it and the missing capstone with an eye in it saying "Novus Ordo Seclorum" or "New World Order" - The man on it, Benjamin Franklin, was a Satanist who performed sexual rituals in a cave called "The Hellfire club" ... If we still looked at the stars as we did 3000 years ago, Astrology and Astronomy as a combined matter, with the science we have today, imagine how life could be. IP: Logged |

I'm not arguing with you today.I will only make this statement. I don't view astrology as a science exactly. If so, certainly not the same as astronomy. Why? One is the observation of bodies in space, their chemical make up, position, age, etc etc. The other is an interpretation of those things and their effect of the energy that they give off on humans. Which is not exact anyway. One person with said set of positions and aspects may or may NOT be like another individual with the same. I've learned to control some of those in my own chart. People even get mad about generalizations. One is science, one is an interpretation of it. Obviously the Egyptians were crazy intelligent to even notice this without modern technology. But just because they built things to match and there are some physical things here on earth. I mean many other cultures/civilizations did some extremely remarkable things based on completely different things. But astrology is still too "loose" to be considered a science. Example, I have Venus in the 12th AND square Neptune. If astrology were absolutely repeatable (what science should be) I may never have been a faithful partner. Truth is, I've never been unfaithful. Astronomy is facts, astrology is not. Close, but not quite. IP: Logged |

Astrology can be made to serve the system, not give an alternative to it. IIRC, Crowley even promoted the idea that the state use astrology to find the true purpose of people and force them to live it (though someone claimed he was joking when he wrote that, though I suspect he only said so in order to not have to explain it otherwise). ETA: For others not understanding how the change promoted would benefit the human condition she gives an explanation (of sorts) here. As for modern astronomy and astrology, one is physics and the other metaphysics, and as such they operate on different principles. IP: Logged |

I find it interesting what you wrote about how pyramids move light and energy in the other thread. Also about the pineal gland. I've heard the pituitary, pineal and the Hypothalamus, I think, make a triangle in the brain or maybe mimic Orion's Belt which might have something to do with what the Egyptians did. IP: Logged | |
