Hahahah this is what i do..

I will play with my hair and twirl it round n round when nervous. I also cant sit or stand still.

BQ I will dance and listen to music to get rid of my nerves.

If there's other people around? Usually I'll just do a really awkward half smile. I may slowly nod over and over again as well, depending on the situation.

If I'm at home, I'll usually just take a shower since that usually seems to calm me down.

It depends on what it is that is making me nervous but 9/10 times I will go through with what is making me nervous or just deal with it asap. Usually I just breathe myself through it.

Depends on why I am nervous but:

-Work out
-Cuss at the world (only when I am by myself)
-Get stomach pain/issues (usually the case)
-Think about rainbows and puppies
-Draw/paint/listen to music
-Focus on slow breathing

I normally talk through it. I'll actually say that I'm nervous or slightly afraid. It makes it less awkward and disaster stricken in my opinion. I'm all for comfort and when I feel tenseness I'll do whatever I can to get rid of it.

Coffee ironically calms me down. There's nothing better than having Starbucks before a major presentation

I get really quiet while my mind goes into full force...stop communicating like a normal human and start breathing heavier while making weird noises or make up songs with weird noises. I just want to be the weirdest possible and do a dumb dance to get it all out of me. Humor really helps. Sad part is, I probably look fine on the outside.

edit: I noticed I move my hands and legs around a lot when I'm doing nothing (watching tv/movie) but it intensifies when I'm nervous.

Do you internalize everything? When I get stressed I do not like to show it and its more of a mental battle. If I don't try some relaxation technique I will feel really ill later.
