Topic: callin 'typical' sun signs - do you have a stellium in your Sun sign??

Just a little something inspired by the Pullen topic.I always felt like a more or less typical representative of my Sun sign. I can relate to descriptions easily. Not 100%, but still, I recognize myself, even if they aren't flattering. People who know me IRL often guess my Sun sign correctly. The adorable Sun Signs book made me go: "yeah, that's so me!" several times. You get the drift.  I have a Sun-Mercury-Uranus stellium and my Sun is in conjunction with its sign's secondary ruler. I know two more people who seem to be and admit to being typical Sun signs. One of them has a Sun-Mercury-Venus-Mars stellium--with Venus ruling the sign. The second one has a Sun-Mercury-Mars-Neptune stellium. Both Sun and Mercury trine the sign ruler. However, I also know a person with a Sun-Saturn-Uranus-Neptune stellium and they don't really make an impression of their Sun sign and they relate more to their other planets anyway. Even though Saturn is the sign ruler! I would like to see more examples. If someone really feels like their personality fits their Sun sign considerably, what other placements/aspects/etc do you have? IP: Logged |

This is a tough question. In ways I feel I am spot on Libra and in other ways I am not. I'm definitely the more watered down version but nonetheless all Libra. I have sun, moon, mercury 12th house stellium all in Libra as well as my acendant. But it's at 17 with my venus at 1 degree scorpio, so my 1st house is confused. I have an exact conjunct of my sun and moon. My mercury conjuncts both with a wider orb but under 10. My 7th house is empty. Venus is my chart ruler. I think if my friends and family studied astrology they'd absolutely pin me as the poster for typical libra lol. Cool question, I hope others respond as well. IP: Logged |

Ummmm 8th house Cap sun, saturn, uranus, neptune. Never really felt like a Capricorn in it's most typical ways but my career is something that is important to me even though I'm still trying to figure that out (Moon and Mercury in the 10th). Before getting into astrology, descriptions of Sag always stuck a cord with me. I just loved everything about it! Sun in 9th house, venus in Sag 8th house. I am obsessed with learning and sharing/counseling. Discovering the true meaning of life is what keeps me going. If Sag,Scorpio and Aquarius had a baby, it would be me!IP: Logged |

Not sure if I'm answering the question correctly, but I probably wouldn't be classified as a typical Taurus. I have a Mars-Saturn-Pluto stellium in Libra and my sun semi-squares venus. That's it. oh and I guess if you count chiron, those are my only Taurus placements. So I guess while Venus is the majority ruler of my chart, it's more on the air side of venus instead of the earth side. IP: Logged |

This is a very interesting question. I have my Sun, Merc, Venus and Saturn in Pisces (all conjunct) in the first house with Mars in Aqua in the first house as I am a Aqua asc. So all these planets are in the 1st house. It is a difficult question because i feel most Piscean when I'm alone. I feel the Piscean qualities resonate with me conceptually and internally but no one, for all the energy i give off in public at times, would ever guess i am a Pisces but only i feel it. This could do with the fact that my chart ruler (Uranus) is in the 12th. I think the house manifestation of the stellium is most important in this situation because it shows where the sun sign energy is dispersed. IP: Logged |

I am a typical sag, but I only have it as my Sun and Mercury sign. They are conjunct 0 degrees, though. And I have my moon in the 9th house.Oh, I have Sag Jupiter as well. IP: Logged |

I feel like a 'typical' leo but I don't think YOU would see me as a 'typical' leo..Stellium in leo, my sun sign. mercury-venus-saturn conjunct each other and conjunct sun. IP: Logged |

Hard to say. I have a stellium in capricorn, cap asc. I am quite capricorn - personality wise. But at the same time, I'm "not". A big part of general cap description is about their focus on career, social status and the likes - I definitely can see the appeal of those things, but up until now, I haven't chosen to spend much energy on them. I think it's because my stellium is pretty much watered down in the 12th house. If I had them in the 10th house, I imagine that I'd be very naturally, overtly capricornian indeed Sometimes it's "easier" to see my fire placements since two of them are in the 3rd n 7th. I have Sun, Mercury and Uranus(my ASC ruler) in 9th house Scorpio. I have always felt like a Scorpio to the core, which is why I started studying astrology in the first place. I also have Venus,Jupiter, and Saturn and a Moon/Pluto conjunction all in Libra in the 8th house. Basically, all of my planets except for Mars and Neptune have a Scorpio vibe, although they do sextile my Moon and Pluto.My chart is very concentrated, so all of my planets are in Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius and fall in the 8th, 9th, and 10th houses. I definitely see the Libra placements playing out too, since I am in a creative field. I also have Mars conjunct Neptune in the 10th house of career. I easily could've been a criminal profiler or a sex therapist, those are just things I enjoy doing in my spare time  , but my Libra stellium drives me to only truly be happy when I'm doing creative work. My Scorpio stellium is in the 9th house, and although I haven't traveled a lot, I have always been fascinated with other cultures, both past and present. Since childhood I've believed in ghosts, aliens, ancient wisdom and I have experienced all kinds of supernatural and spiritual stuff, but I have never been into organized religion. Although I am very open minded to people's beliefs, and all different religious views. I've also had countless foreign friends, and I always knew all of the exchange students growing up. I enjoy learning about different cultures and points of view, so I should make it a point to travel more. My 11th house cusp also falls in Sagittarius, and I've known tons of Saggie suns too. I am somewhat typical Libra, with darker and deeper overtones due to my Moon-Pluto square. But yes, i can relate all Libra traits to myself, even if some of them do seem fake... i am getting rid of it, after all i am not made from gold for everybody to like me Sun,Mercury,Venus stellium in Libra (Mercury - chart ruler). Yes, I am the typical Sagittarius. But I believe that I am more the introverted, bookish type than the extroverted ,sporty one.I have Sun-Jupiter-Neptune conjunct in Sagittarius and Uranus also in Sagittarius(but not conjunct). IP: Logged |

I've been told I'm a typical Leo. Sun conjunct Merc and Venus along with Vesta and Pallas. I feel like a typical Leo though I'm nowhere near as loud as most. Scorpio moon and Cap rising tone that down a lot. But the fun fiery nature is still right there. I think I got the Leo charm too. :P Also got that Leo laziness lol. IP: Logged |

I have sun/merc/neptune stellium but no I don't feel totally typical saggy...other than im happy, optimistic, philosophical, love traveling and learning.I think saggy Neptune makes my saggy placements very tame along wity my 12th house virgo moon....it slows me down from being overly saggy. Me too, cuz we are the same person! LOL. 
As to the original post, yes, I think I'm a typical Sag. I have Sun conj Nept in Sag in H1 with Moon conj Merc in Sag in H2.
I'm also more the phylosophical Sag type than the sporty/outdoorsy type. Though I can appreciate watching sports with people who like them.

I had a lot of luck earlier in life with my jupiter there but I'm not seeing the benefits of it anymore. I wouldn't say I'm as extroverted as Sag is supposed to be, I need a lot of reflection time. But then I do have some difficult contradictory placements in my chart. IP: Logged |

I go in for Leo's. Leo is on the cusp of my 5th house.I don't get away with as much with Leo as I do with Aries though Had a massive crush on a Leo with Mars and Venus conjunct in Leo(don't tell my bf  ). He was so confident and comfortable in his own skin. Loved that! IP: Logged |
