Yes. Those traits are projected onto scorpions. Much like how traits like being a cold hearted weirdo genius is projected onto Aquarius. So people start to believe those things are true for most people of the sun sign, or they attribute planetary aspects and placements to give them those traits. Any fixed sign is going to be a tad obsessive and fixated. They'll desire some constancy in their lives. Scorpio gets jealous and possessive but so do a lot of other signs. For Scorpio I think it's because of a need for emotional constancy and security. Scorpios have a bad rep for being domineering but I don't really see them this way. Sometimes they get a little pushy when they feel they don't have you. People seem to want others to validate how intense they are, using Pluto as their proof. Why not just be secure in how intense you are. Like why try to find validation for it, just be the intense person you are.... I had someone say to me a few days ago that she wasn't happy with her boyfriend and wanted a Scorpio. Oh Lordy.... IP: Logged |

Not sure lol. Most people will only hear what they wanna hear anyways. I don't have a problem when people need validation but I think this whole Scorpio fixation is really weirdAlso astrology doesn't mean someone's gonna be a certain way. I'm just so excited to see the phrase 'take several seats' in this thread. One of my favorite lines!I'm tired of Aqua Suns being dragged as unemotional or uncaring. Aquas are too weird, aren't faithful, or suck at relationships. That we are emotionless robots that don't care enough to respond to your text message right away. I'm tired of hearing about how Cancers are the housewife of the zodiac or that we are super emotional and clingy and blah blah blah. First off I HATE when people get emotional or sappy in front of me. It makes me very uncomfortable. If you need comforting, DO NOT come to me because I will not be able to help you.
Second, Ill be damned if I am going to stay home and take care of the house and children all day while someone else goes to work. I would rather go to work everyday and bring home the bacon. LOL! But that is just me…. IP: Logged |

I have Pluto in 1st on asc and that makes sense. I wouldn't call myself Scorpio though. Pluto is a little different. No hate.
I think most of my appeal does come from my Leo. For those who happen to find it appealing.
Each sign seems to give off this energy before you even say a word. It's kinda cool I think.
