To almost "get off" on analyzing numbers, patterns, values, words, counting money, codes, organize admin websites for companies etc etc Basically anything that makes the brain work like a computer....and fast. Not really accounting but more.....organizing....stuff. Or is it something else?

I'm not so sure. I have Mercury conjunct Mars in Virgo, even in the 12th which could (or could not) twist it even further and I'm not like that AT ALL.
Of course another with the same placement could be the opposite.
For me it's intuition that does it for me but I don't "get off" on it. LOL It just makes me really excited/happy. Maybe you should throw up your chart?
I mean it could be Mercurial, sounds like it even, but not on it's own or even with Mars. There has to be something in the mix that twists it.

Well I do have a final dispositor in Mercury...and I do have my progressed Virgo stellium in 12H.. But then again, I just realized that I do this with everything
:-/ I organize things and then I tear it down so I can rebuild it. Same with my economy. Up it goes and then down. Odd behavior. Maybe I have finally noticed my Cap Moon (saturn)?? LOLOL only took 37 years  I guess I like to organize and build. IP: Logged |

Mercury is my final depositor and very strong in my chart, but also afflicted.There are few things that can get me to stop thinking, and I constantly need to have something to feed my brain. But detail work is a special version of hell for me. I'd much rather think about ideas and concepts. Much more interested in why than what or how many. IP: Logged |

Yes Mercury, my final dispositor is my Moon/Mercury mutual reception, but Pallas too. I have Pallas retrograde trine Sun and I like patterns, words, ciphers, and puzzles/games. That is why I like numerology, now I have another excuse to see the meanings in things via the numbers associated with them. I like intricate colors and designs. I also like to organize and arrange things, I'm not OCD, I call it more a personal hobby thing...yeah, denial  IP: Logged |

Here's something that some may find interesting. This is a (noon) birth chart of Daniel Tammet. He is a savant. He experiences numbers up to 10,000 places as individual shapes and colors. They also cause him emotion.
Because of this he can do massive calculations. He also recited Pi to 25,000 places. (It's his favorite number!)
He took a trip to New York City and it was an extremely intense visit. The large buildings reminded him of the number 9, which he found to be a very large and intimidating number. During a scientific experiment, the scientists showed him the number Pi. Except that they had removed numbers, and inserted numbers in random places. He particularly did not like the number 6 because to him it was a void. It was like a black hole.
So when he saw this number, it was like a landscape that he loved, except it had been "bastardized".
It made him quite upset and he didn't like it at all. Where something should be, suddenly contained a void, and etc.
Numbers had beauty to him and caused him emotion. I should say cause him emotion, because he's not dead. lol Anyway, here is a noon chart for him.  IP: Logged |

I think Capricorn or Virgo would get pleasure from finishing work.I can relate with those of you who said you like patterns and numbers. It makes me excited when I see repeating numbers or recognize a pattern in something. for me it's more of like a cosmic coincidence thing. It makes me happy to see a "sign" from the universe. But related to pure math and numbers, I love triangles. And circles. Like the formulas that go into making a triangle are so perfect. And everything is triangles. Like everything in the world can be broken down into triangles. A simple triangle. A three sided two dimensional shape. I like the theoretical. Aqua sun and mercury. Virgo rising. IP: Logged |
