What aspects, signs or placements in a chart would indicate that a person has a strong desire to seek revenge when hurt.I'm thinking of people who are actually quite nice and decent but when they are hurt badly they will set out to seek revenge. It could be a long time after the person has hurt them but they will get them back eventually. I know Scorpio is meant to be known for this but it's such a generalisation so I'd like to know if there is anything more specific? One of the people I'm thinking of actually is a Scorpio lol.

I do this sometimes. As far as anything related to Scorpio - I have pluto/asc and I have Scorpio Uranus trine moon.
Otherwise I could blame my Leo sun conjunct Regulus and asteroid Lucifer if that asteroid is associated with such things.
I also have mercury/mars conjunction in 12. Maybe repressed anger that is not forgotten? Perhaps fixed signs in just the right configuration and/or circumstances? If they get it in their head to do it, they will.
Not all, so maybe things like what I have to amp it up a notch.

Revenge is about soothing over someone's ego after being humiliated or hurt, so I would think Sun would be a strong place to look -- ego based, Moon definitely as it's the core of the person, and Mars for motivation, and possibly Venus for saving face and appearance. Revenge is illusion based so Neptune too, as it can cloud people's thinking, a person doing revenge really is not thinking too clearly...It also really depends on the revenge like was it love, money, hatred, friendship as these will tell you what planets to look for... if it's love I would look at Venus, Pluto, Mars, Moon and aspects between these planets. Makes sense. The person I'm thinking off has scorpio moon and Asc with moon conjunct pluto (not sure that aspect would count?).
Another guy has Leo Sun with lucifer there and pluto square moon..
A friend of mine has Scorpio Sun conjunct Moon conjunct pluto. And she will never forget any little thing you do wrong. I'm still paying for something that happened when we were teenagers lol.

Interesting. I feel like a guy I'm into is putting me through a bit of turmoil at the moment for something I did that hurt him when we were kids. He has a Sun conjunct Neptune and Venus. Could that mean he's lashing out because his ego was bruised that long ago? He also has Mars 0° in Aqua...would that contribute to calculated behaviour and seeking revenge? IP: Logged |

I know it's not a personal planet but could Jupiter in Scorpio make for a spiteful revenge seeking person? Along with pluto conjunct moon and sun conjunct Venus?Gee, I'm just realising I pick a lot of pluto-moon people :/ IP: Logged |

Hm that makes sense. About the fixed signs. I can b very revenge seeking sometimes. Though I've rarely actually followed through on it. Fixed sign people tend to dwell on things or get very stuck on one thing. I can see where Scorpio gets the rep for seeking revenge beause if you stay fixed on the way someone made you feel once upon a time you might be driven to seek revenge because the hurt is still raw and real if you tend to dwell. I'm an aqua sun and I can get so ridiculously obsessed sometimes. IP: Logged |

Most likely fixed signs want revenge because its hardest for us to get over/forget things sometimes im dominant fixed AND pluto lol and if i dont try to be mature about things and handle them properly i can easily spiral in to being a revenge driven person lol------------------
