What is the indicators of a person who has to struggle a lot with this part of their life?

I have 3 planets in the 6th house(saturn, neptune and uranus), and the ruler of my 6th house is Jupiter

Cancer jupiter in 12th house, opposite saturn, neptune and uranus, square moon in 10th house, trine venus and pluto in 5th house, conjunction ascendant

Does this point to many struggles with the job situation?

I can relate to this. I have Venus in Pisces in the 6th, with Pisces on the cusp. Neptune is in Capricorn in my 4th.

I think my biggest problems (astrologically speaking) are:
Neptune conjunct Uranus/Saturn
Venus square Moon

My biggest problem (practically speaking):
I can be the best little worker bee when I actually care about what I'm doing...unfortunately, in my line of work (accounting) that doesn't happen very often. When I don't care, I'm really lazy, despite my best efforts. If I don't care, I just...profoundly do not care. I'm pretty sure that it's because my work is very solitary, and doesn't really make much of a personal impact on...anything, really. I hate working by myself and focusing on nitty-gritty details! Needless to say, this definitely leads to problems on the work front.

The ruler of the 6th opposite Saturn in the 6th could show some issues with day-to-day routines in and outside of the work place. Same with opposition to Uranus. Uranus in the 6th shows a preference for individualistic work and no routine, which can lead to friction in the work place. Possibly getting fired for 'different' way of doing things and ******* off superiors.

I think uranus in the 6th could be the problem. I have it transiting my 6th house now and I can't wait for it to leave

Usually a packed house indicates that one will have a hard time with the issues that house concerns.

Saturn in 6th often has an inferiority complex when it comes to work. One doubts their mental capabilities and ability to cope.

As such, some find themselves belittled by their boss or discouraged heavily by their work environment.Even co-workers can be unfriendly or unapproachable.

Literally,Saturn in 6th also suggests that the area of expertise that the individual has is not in demand or is very scarce.

If the individual, for instance, specializes in the knowledge of foot massages.A job can be difficult to find.

The other interpretation is that the person could view a job advert and immediately feel "what's the use?I'm never going to find work.I don't have the skills that are needed" etc

There is always that feeling of not being "good enough" to hire or feeling that they just don't have the necessary skills to land that much wanted job. Or that they are just not "ready" to assume the responsibility that that job entails.

This is all very psychological of course.

Neptune and Uranus could contribute too- I guess.

Neptune in 6th can attribute to the individual not knowing what they want to do. They may not have any idea as to what job is best suited for them and not really being committed to the jobs they find.

They are always looking for that perfect "fit",but really don't know what that "fit" really is.

Uranus in 6th suggests that work comes and goes(erratically so). No sooner has a person settled in,they are retrenching. No sooner have they gotten the hang of the job, their skills are no longer needed.

Or,it could also suggest that the individual is bored with the job they do and needs constant stimulation or feels a need to "break free" of the jobs monotonous routines and procedures.

I also wanted to add that I know of someone who avoids what she perceives as "difficult" jobs or jobs with titles such as "Manager".

I think she just doesn't want to "mess" up and is herself a perfectionist. She always feels that she is not ready for the position and I am always encouraging her to go for it. That I will stand by her and support her etc.

Saturn in a house often highlights inadequacy or just feeling that the issue covered by that house will "break" you.

Ugh! It all leads back to my stupid Libra Mars! LOL.

I have problems/struggles finding and holding jobs. I have Aires in the 6th with Mars in the 12th.

It's really very annoying!

Oh my god… so what do you suggest I should do? It seems hopeless… Maybe I should try to win the lottery so I wouldn't have to work… Or become and artist so my "work" is also my hobby?

I have venus in scorpio 5th house, conjunction pluto in 5th house… I have a feeling that I should become a writer, artist or win some money, that would be the least frustrating thing I could probably do… Or maybe I should start my own thing, or invest money in something, there is a lot of ways I could go around and not need to have a "normal job", maybe that is also good for my Uranus in 6th house…

But I also read that what saturn touches is delayed, so it's not like I never get a job or get satisfied with my job, it's just that it's difficult for me to get?

*Sighs* I like astrology, but things like this in my chart really also makes me hate it… It feel sooooo hopeless:

Does it make any difference that my Midheaven is only nice aspected? Aries23Degree I like your posts, but I though that the MC had more to do with the career = the job situation?

I have pisces midheaven, trine jupiter, sextile neptune, trine pluto, trine venus, sextile saturn and trine chiron…I consider my MC to be really good in fact…

But my Neptune which is the ruler of my MC is capricorn in 6th house, conjunction saturn and uranus, sextile venus and pluto, but square mercury

I never felt I wasn't good enough at what I do, but I can get afraid that I am not "ready" or that those who have to hire me doesn't see my potential or know how they can use it… cause I AM very good at what I do, I am not lazy, nor a workaholic, but I love what I do and I got the highest score in my bachelor at the university, so I am actually very much worth, people just have to acknowledge it!!

Absolutely, I was responding to his earlier positions posted. I w3as just too lazy to go the whole 9 yards.

2nd house, 6th house, 10th house are all career/job related and should be considered holistically.

I actually wanted to read his chart to see what is happening.

Aries23degrees - is that a hint to your sun and do you have an Aries sun in the 23 degree? If so, I think your sun is right on my 11th house… it's very interesting:S

Yeah, those three planets in the 6th are the troublemakers when it comes to finding a satisfactory, secure and fulfilling job. Personally, I've got Uranus and Neptune in the 6th with Saturn in the 4th, which is just as bad when it comes to work, and it's really tough. I've never had a secure job in my entire life. I always get overlooked when it comes to any kind of promotion. Whenever there is the slightest possibility of anything normal, something pops up and I'm back to nothing. I've changed my career three times in order to improve my situation, all for nothing. To make things worse, Neptune is transiting my 10th house at the moment, and Saturn is getting all comfy in the 6th. Hurray!

Hmm. I think i may recall you.

I don't think one can predict when a job is imminent. The key is to stay psychologically above water and avoid feelings of depression and worthlessness.

I can empathize as I also am not with job.

You, like me, have a few cardinal planets. I wonder if you going through some definitive psychological changes?

Pluto opposes your Asc,Jupiter,Saturn, conjuncts you MC ruler(Neptune) and squares your Mercury(Libra).

I don't know if I warned you about Mercury, when in contact with heavy outer planets, being the source of depressive thoughts?

If not, just be mindful of this- since Pluto is currently touching your natal Mercury. You could feel like you are going crazy.

Pluto conjuncts my Mercury and I have shed a lot of tears. Still will shed some more.

trans Mars conjunct natal Venus, trans Jupiter square natal Venus and trans Uranus square natal Asc should add some spunk to you: Try and relax and do fun things. Remove yourself from obsessing about what you can't help for now.

I don't know how you are feeling now but with trans Saturn conjunct Pluto and moving through your 5th,things may feel like they are moving at a snails pace.

If they do,try and do things that are light and frivolous to ward off anxiety and frustration.

I hope this helps a bit.

What I am seeing here is that you have not found the right career for you yet. You really have to find your dream job, one that you truly enjoy. Mundane jobs, or even so called good jobs, as long they don't fulfill your big dreams, big hopes, and big goals (you have a big 11th house), then you will always struggle in this area of life.

I would pay close attention to your chart ruler, the Moon. With it on a critical degree, in the 10th house, there is definitely ambition here. And it's all mixed with a big desire to express yourself creatively (big 5th house, with Venus and Pluto) and at the same time help and nurture others. All you have to do is focus on how you'd like to express your self in your career (maybe in the arts? film, music, writing, etc). Or if you want to freelance, take practical steps to make a living.

Take a look at these interpretations in 10th house Pisces and Moon in 10th house, do they resonate with you?:
http://www.thedarkpixieastrology.com/the-10th-house.html

"10th House in Pisces
You have difficulty figuring out what you want to do with your career and the path you want your life to go in. You need to learn to be more practical when making your decisions. You can do work that helps other people, or allows you to express your emotions publicly through something creative. You can choose a career that’s Pisces-related, like dealing with spirituality, the metaphysical, the arts, or helping others."

"A tenth house Moon is extremely important with respect to the career of a person. If Moon is in the tenth house or is the Lord of the tenth house, it makes leaders. Such leaders are always are always popular as they cater to people’s needs and are sensitive. Since, Moon is related to fortune, a tenth house Moon provides a person immense wealth. This happens if Moon is in a eminent position in the tenth house. In the case where tenth house Moon is less eminent, such a person changes jobs very frequently. It can also mean that the boss is not satisfied with your stratified attitude at work.

In every case, a tenth house Moon represents a fair amount of popularity. If it is debilitated, the person is usually not able to hold on to a single job. In a case where such a person has a long lasting job, he would usually be sacrificing his personal time for work. The tenth house Moon also makes sure that there is a difficulty in maintaining a popular image in the public along with keeping your private life settled. Such a person always feels very exposed and remain conscious most of the time."

"Natal Moon in the 10th House:
Your career means most to you, and you want to succeed no matter what. If you’re not a success, you feel emotionally distressed and insecure. Having your professional life on track is a goal, and you can be quite ambitious. But your emotions may get the best of you at times, and prevent you from being logical enough to do what’s needed for success. Ideally, you should have a profession that allows you to express the Moon in some way, like cooking, or something nurturing like a caregiver, or something to do with the home. You may work in the public eye or with the public. You emotionally desire recognition for your work, and may care greatly about your status in life, being charming and appealing. Be leery of getting trapped into trying to “keep up with the Joneses.” If you can stop yourself from being like that, you can be very practical, and can attain the goals you truly want, rather than being concerned with what everyone else is doing. Having career success may be more important to some of you than having a strong private life, and many will struggle with trying to find a balance."

This actually sounds a LOT like me. I have Saturn in my second house, Uranus rules my 6th & 7th. The longest I've stayed at a job is 2yrs & I've really just discovered this yr that I thrive better in jobs where I have some sort of "freedom" whether it be the way I can dress or how I can manage my time. Also I agree with someone who mentioned if it's something they care about it will show in their work. I'm the same way. I get bored very quickly. I tend to go for jobs I deem "easy" because there is less of a chance of me messing up, but in doing that I get bored & end up quitting or fired because I have a difficult time hiding that boredom or displeasure with a job.

Bottom line is the best thing I could do for myself would be to start my own business, but in doing that a whole other set of issues arise because I'm afraid of failing..I'm a mess lol I feel damned if I do damned if I don't!

Join the club brother. Join the club.

Its one thing to be "shown" the path, it is quite another to "walk" it.

Interesting perhaps bc jupiter rules your 6th and it has a lot of hard aspects.

I would think your solution would be the trine to venus and pluto in the 5th!

What kind of jobs are you looking for??
