I switched my birth location to my current location and everything became extremely relevant! The transits, everything lines up:
In my birth location, Pluto isn't even close to entering my 6th house, but in my current location it is already IN it, and as it happens I'm due for surgery to treat a chronic problem ( major health changes).
The way the planets shifted also resonates with my mental and emotional transformation after the immigration.

Is it just coincidence, or does it make sense to use my current location instead of my birth location?

You mean you used a relocation chart for transits?

Does it also make sense to you without taking transits into account?

I don't think mine makes much sense, using transits. I usually just go with the natal chart - seems to work fine.

But I'm sure there's something to it.
