Two Higher Octaves Conjunct is an occurrence of Note, and should be considered as such.

Im literally NOTHING of that description lol and my other chart ruler "saturn" squares my sun and i couldnt find anything online about sun square chart ruler does anybody have any ideas or what sun squaring chart ruler would mean?

"Chart ruler" is a label that we confer to a planet that the Asc sign is affiliated/ attributed to.

The other name for a "Chart ruler" is Ascendant ruler/ 1st house ruler/rising sign planet etc. But all are different terms for the same thing.

The chart ruler placed in the house, is supposed to emphasize the issues that concern that house. They are supposed to be the dominant aspect of your outlook and your approach to the world.

The planet,however, in that house is how the "experience" is likely to manifest. The more "at home",the planet is in that house,the more intense the experience.

So, lets take your chart.

Asc in Aquarius with Uranus in 12th.

The ruler of the 1st house is in the 12th house-

Have you checked your transits? You might be going through a tough transit that is making you feel down and stuck in the past. The recent Venus in Cancer probably didn't help either. Having a lot of water and Pluto seals the deal though.

The only advice I can give you is to take it day by day, and focus more on yourself. Maybe the two of you will get back together, but when reading this the universe is clearly calling you to work on being okay with being alone. Just try and channel your intensity on the activities you enjoy doing, and let fate decide what happens.

Another thing: sometimes when our vision is so narrow we can't see the potential good things and future. While your relationship sounded really special, if you keep yourself stuck in the past you may miss out on something better. You never know when you meet someone special, the universe is weird in that way.

My dad went there for a little bit, but left after 2 years and transferred out west for his baseball career.

Clearly I'm a psychic. This happens to a lot of people during Pluto in 12th, I got into astrology then too.

Another thing to consider is Sun-Saturn is often about the child-father relationship. That could also give you more insight on the Saturn Sun aspect.
