I know a man like this he has BML conjunct his natal Sun in Cancer. He's very comfortable with both his masculine and feminine side. He's very pro women rights, personal autonomy etc Thoroughly enjoys the opposite sex and in no ways is ashamed of his sexuality or expressing it. The same goes for his body pride.
