If someone have all planets in let's say, mutable, BUT the 4th house to form the square is empty, would then the person attract that sign all the time to make the square "complete"?
Or does a transit need to occur to spark those meetings?

I have a t square too, a grand square/cross that is missing one part. I'm missing Scorpio. White my Pluto is in Scorpio, it doesn't make an aspect to all the planets involved in my t square.

I do think I am attracted to and attract people with placements in early Scorpio. But I also think while it completes me, it puts a lot of stress on the other person. And it doesn't compete and balance me like someone who competes a grand trine would, the grand cross is composed if very tense harsh aspects. Especially on the fixed signs!

My ex puts 2 planets in synistry that complete 2 grand crosses for me. Sag Venus to complete the mutable and Aqua Saturn (opp my Leo moon) for the fixed. My Mercury also completed her mutable GC.

Attract isn't the right word.

From my experience there... It's not so much that you attract. But having crossed paths, you become inexplicably linked. You adopt the other as part of your basic operating system, Your normal coping mechanisms. You notice when it's not there. You wonder why others don't do what that person did for you.
