Maybe im the only one but are you usually attracted to the sign of your node? I have my north node in sag and im always attracted to sag guys. Even if theyre not physically my type, their personality draws me in. This may have to do with its ruler jupiter in my 10th house along with my venus though.

So, are you attracted to your node?

Dated one Scorpio who was also Scorpio Venus and mercury.

Dull dull dull!

It was forced feelings on my part I think. There were lots of squares to my Venus.

Barbie has Scorpio Venus but trine cancer Mars, (I like cancer), she's Libra and her Venus actually conjuncts my nn.

But regardless for me, no, or my sn.
Mostly planets that fall onto my axis.

I can't really comment since my NN conjuncts my DSC (natural attracting point) but in general: not really.

I can enjoy Sag influence much more now than I used to, though. I find that people who inspire me or that I admire in some way often have some Sag going on or rather a pretty prominent Jupiter. But I think it has more to do with my DSC. /shrug

I've noticed I attract people with planets conjunct a node of mine, but the attraction isn't always mutual. I know a man with his moon on my NN, and his Juno conjunct my moon and SN. He wanted to marry me the moment we met. That was about 15 years ago. Lol. He's happily married now, but he still asks about me. I thought he was cute, but I wasn't nearly as infatuated as he was. The synastry between us wasn't that great, so I attribute the attraction to the nodal connections.

I've done chart comparisons with celebrities I've been instantly attracted to. Before I looked up any birth data, I chose my top 6 celebrities. What I found were conjunctions between NN and an angle with all of them. That sense of familiarity described with nodal conjunctions is there. It feels as if I know how they think and what they feel although I don't know them at all! The top two have MC conjunct my NN. The 3rd guy has IC conjunct my NN. The 4th, NN conjunct my MC. 5th NN conjunct my AC. The last has his draconic AC exactly conjunct my tropical NN.

Too bad I don't have TOB for people I actually know.

My node is in Sag and I tend to find them boring; men and women. They have superficial, "on the surface" conversations. I feel like that wastes my time and I hate it.

I've also found them to be quite selfish and that's a huge turn off, so no, I'm not very attracted to them.

Hmm I think so , but it would have to be super tightly conjunct. I have mine in libra and I had crush on this libra sun and it was exactly conjunct with my north node but it could have been because of other things too in our synastry so I don't know. I have liked very few libras but I've been friends with more (could be because of my 5th house libra) ,but I have noticed that I usually really like people who's north node aspect MY personal planets for ex. The guy who I've liked since forever has his north node conjunct my sun , mercury and Pluto almost exact. Another guy who I used to like had his north node conjunct my moon (3) and then ANOTHER GUY (lol) who I also really liked had his north node conjunct my dsc but again it could be because of other things in the synastry but I don't have the best synastry with these people so who knows.

NN conj Venus in Cancer. So Cancer (and the trine in Scorp at my Asc) make sense anyway. But I have my fair share of Capricorn too, and the only way that makes sense in my chart is via the SN (conj. Ceres)

I don't have the two conjunct. It thyre in the same sign, Pisces. I am very attracted to Pisces and piscean type people and relationships. It's my relationship ideal. I really like neptunian people and Neptune synastry, it's one of my favorites.

I enjoy a grand trine in air of North Node Gemini, MC in Aquarius and Mars in Libra.

I am usually attracted to Gemini- it happens to be my NN sign too.

But I would also add that I have Sag Sun and so,the opposite sign attraction also factors in.

Yes, that fits my observations. Normally one feels more attracted if someone conjuncts the south node with one of his personal planetrs- unless the North node plays a significant role in the birth chart

NN, yes.
SN, not so much, even though it is in my 7th house close to my Dsc.
Which is weird. Because I'm supposed to, right? But I guess I prefer my North Node energy, just like I like my MC over my IC.

Dated a Pisces, Sag moon once. It was shortest/worst/most confusing relationship. Let's just say I should have listened to the intense intuition that formed out of nowhere. The universe was literally hitting me with signs not to trust him

Otherwise, I never really attract them into my life and if so, there's never really a spark.

Oh gawd @ NN in Virgo. I'm a Leo and my ex husband was a Virgo. Can't beleive that happened and was happy to get the **** away from him after 9 years!

I always feel when someone contacts my node though. I get really obsessive about them. The most recent was a man I met at work, he was the Loss Preventions officer so I had to really take time to be able to get to know him because no one's supposed to talk to him. After a few months of patient communication lol, I found out his South node conjuncts my venus in Cancer and my South Node conjunct his Venus in Pisces. Apparently a lover from a past life? It could be why I felt this immense pull towards him.
