What are some transits (transits to natal, planets transiting houses, etc) that would indicate a long process of step pain, healing, transformation, abc change?

Any information that you guys can think of would be great.

All I'm seeing in my own chart is the following:

Pluto (r) transiting my 8th house.

Saturn is conjunct my Sun, Mercury, and Pluto (6th house)

Transit chiron is opposite my natal chiron (10th/4th house respectively)

Transit Pluto is trine my natal chiron.

Transit chiron is trine my natal Pluto.

Transit Pluto is conjunct my natal Uranus and Neptune (8th house).

Transit North node conjunct my moon (5th house)

Any feedback on all of this?

I've been going through a lot of internal and external changes lately. I'm just looking for answers to a all of this.
