Not necessarily accident prone people, but people with poor health,and/or constant health issues.

Sounds more like outer planet transit to the 6th house like neptune in 6th that can last 13-14 years.

This is difficult to say, but people with Moon aspecting Neptune can be fragile health wise, not so much sickly but with allergies and sensitivities.

Moon or Neptune in 6th house is also environmentally sensitive to toxins. Immune system imbalances. Sun/Neptune aspects can also weaken the body.

Virgo and Pisces can also be fragile signs in terms of health, it varies. Some people who have Cancer planets in their chart can start off as sickly children but turn very robust and strong in later life. 12th House can also make some people sickly as children but much healthier as they get older. The 2/8 axis can also play into this as well as ASC/1st house as it is the body. But the 8th house can make someone have a strong constitution even if they're battling a illness.

Pretty much Neptune rules all wasting diseases, toxins, and imbalances. So people with strong Neptune signatures may be prone to different health problems as transits hit these planets. It really depends on illness, because every illness is related to house, planets, and signs.

Very good points! I like your writing style.

Another possibility I consider is Uranus and/or Chiron in the 6th for unexpected and possible recurring illnesses. I totally agree with you on Neptune. I have Mars opp. Neptune and have had chronic, mysterious conditions with my thyroid, joints, etc. I have had several surgeries in my young life. But Mars in the 8th trine Pluto does give me strength to keep fighting. It is in Cancer also. I was not a very strong child. I'm getting stronger with age. Everything you've said is impressively accurate, so I had to share with you!

Thank you sweet-scorpion for the kind words, and great insight, I forgot about Uranus and Chiron they are definitely important. I'm sorry to hear you have been sick, but happy that you are getting better and shining your light on the forums. Mars/Pluto are resilient aspects and being a trine and 8th house is so beneficial for health, it is so interesting how our charts can help us get through things. Also having Scorpio in your chart is also resilient, Scorpio's are like the Phoenix, they can overcome so much and come back and kick somebody in the face with their vitality.

You're welcome, and thank you for your compliments. You are lovely. When transit Pluto began to square my Sun, the health problems really kicked up. Now it's getting closer to leaving my Sun in the next month. Everything you said about Mars/Pluto and Scorpio is excellent, and entirely true. I feel having Mars in the 8th made me destined to have some kind of surgery or ordeal...but having Mars/Pluto [and also Mars/Uranus] has given me a fighting edge to my personality to overcome the Mars/Neptune.

Brilliant analysis, and accurate for my brother as I'm now looking at his chart.

He is 16, Taurus sun in 6th house conjunct Mars, Aries moon in fifth house conjunct Mercury, Venus Pisces in 4th conjunct Jupiter, and most noticeably, Chiron in 12th house conjunct his ASC and Psyche. His ASC is Scorpio and he has Pluto in 1st.

He suffers from extreme ADHD and epilepsy since 9. died for 3 minutes at 4 years old when he had pneumonia. Has asthma since 5. Has had to wear glasses since 4. Been in the hospital for pneumonia over 20xs since birth. Got shot with a BB gun in the neck at 13 by a neighbor.........so much stuff has happened to this boy my mother and father and I are afraid to teach him to drive because he is so accident prone. Like death looms over him waiting.

Charts with both Saturn and Neptune in angular aspects to Sun, Moon and/or Asc. Chiron same, but with tighter orb.

Particularly if Virgo, Cancer or Pisces on Asc and/or if Moon in Virgo or Capricorn.

Of course, any such factors in the 6th house -- if your chart is accurate enough on the Asc, also aspects involving the 6th house cusp itself. Most charts are not that accurate.

I'm going by everything that was said.

I have a loose moon sextile Neptune. Virgo rising. My 6th house cusp is aqua, half shared by Pisces. Neptune trine asc. 4th house stellium, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Venus.

I am very sensitive. Like not really allergies but maybe. More like when I'm stressed or going through a hard time or not eating right, my body just freaks out. I get ulcers, sore throat, rashes, allergy symptoms. But when my life is in balance I'm in perfect health. When I get sick I get really sick but I heal up well. Maybe thanks to my mars in 8th house. I think maybe it balances out all my sickly aspects.

My chart is kind of interesting in this subject…

I have saturn, neptune and uranus in 6th house, and all of them squares my mercury in 4th house. I am a virgo sun with pisces moon also, but none of them touch the 6th house planets.

My 6th house is in jupiter, and my jupiter is in 12th house. So all of those 3 planets are opposing my 12th house…

According to my health? When I was little I was sensitive to chemicals in wash powder, and in general I am sensitive to chemicals in the environment… I eat as much ecologic food as I can afford, and I don't wear or put on anything that is toxic or has been through a lot of chemicals…

I have many stomach problems though, and I am very thin and tall but don't each much. I am careful with what I eat, but no matter what it gives me problems. I am sensitive towards alcohol too and smoking (but I am also addicted to these things) candy and caffeine (which I don't eat or drink anymore)

All in all with these placement I got, I have to be very careful and listen to what my body tells me!

But I personally think my jupiter in 12th is saving me a lot, because it is the "problem" to my T-square involving the 3 planets in 6th house… so my 12th house jupiter is always telling me what will be good for me

I'm super sensitive to chemicals and bad foods too. But only when I'm going through an episode. Also medications. I get a lot of side effects, usually the benefits don't outweigh the suffering.

I can't drink. It's more pain than pleasure for me. Same with smoking, tried it, hated it.
