Isn't the 6th house related to the career? What career would be good then if Pisces is ruling my 6th, since Neptune isn't practical what kind of job would this be?

It's not so much career, that would be Tenth. This is more like a daily routine, things you do on a daily basis.

Health, Hygiene, Virgo-type areas. When there is an Opposite Polarity like that, I have heard it said that people feel torn.

Would that be a good Nursing Position?

2nd, 6th and 10th are all related to your career.

The 10th is "steam" and drive for the direction of the career and where you want to go.It is the reputation/legacy you want to leave.

The career can build your reputation and is, thus, one of the tangible ways to control, mold and extend it.

Transits to 10th House suggests your 15 minutes of fame-wherever you are. And for many people, they hope that that is within their career. Not in some dingy toilet with a dogy stranger asking for a "quickie".

The 2nd is the monetary rewards, growth, incentives and earning potential of the job. For many people, this is very important.

the 6th house rules the "nitty gritty", the actual work environment, the co-workers and the manual tasks that you will be doing on an everyday basis.

So when Pisces is on the 6th house cusp,it suggests someone who likes working in secret,in a secret environment, likes to work alone,in isolation,in an isolated environment(jail, hospital, mental institution, secret service),works with water(marine biologist, water scientist, water conservationist, works in a spiritual discipline(lay minister, priest, nun),works night shifts, works in an area requiring lots of imagination.

There are so many places where the Pisces 6th house cusp person can work; maybe a rehab clinic, work underground, work as dustbin collectors, cleaners, work as volunteers, work in the arts field as dancers, scriptwriters or even singers.

Whatever the career choice Pisces on the 6th house cusp suggests that one "merges" with their job and, unless planet is there to suggest otherwise, they need to "feel" what they are doing.

It also suggests that perhaps they are never noticed at work or go "incognito",they work "behind the scenes" in movies or are as body doubles?

Pisces on the 6th house cusp suggests that 2nd house is Scorpio and 10th house is in Cancer.

So their reputation is built on the strength of their feelings(10th house Cancer)The success of their career will depend on how much "feeling" they put into it.

The money earned from it(2nd) will depend on how much passion, commitment and focus they engage in it(2nd house Scorpio) etc.

Because Pisces on the 6th house cusp often does "thankless" jobs, they are self -sacrificing and will look for a job that is more spiritually rewarding than one that has extensive monetary rewards.

They must also be wary of jobs that will take a toll on their health or physical well-being.These people tend to not know boundaries when it come to work and may drown in the demands of it.

Britney Spears has 6th house cusp in Pisces and we all know just how "off the bend" she went-at some point.

Good advice, I'm going through rough transits at the moment. Lilith transit 10th, Saturn and moon square Chiron in 10th, Saturn transit 2nd and Uranus transit 6th, it feels impossible to find out what it is I want to do.
