I always trust astro.com- so I think they should be fine.6th house is the physical body condition and ensuring everything is running as it should;on time and in a synchronous fashion.
Things that can disrupt the smooth running of the body are Neptune and Uranus aspects.
Saturn, however, comes along to alert you that there is something "wrong". Saturn does not,in of itself, bring disease(contrary to popular belief)
Its like Uranus and Neptune run around and "break" stuff than sweep it under the carpet. After a long while,Saturn comes along to do some spring cleaning and discovers the debris.
Do you then blame Saturn for the damage? Even punish them for bringing it to light?
Nataly, you have Saturn,Moon and Neptune on the angles- this is telling.
Saturn on the angle is responsibility- or feeling responsible.
Moon on the angle is being very emotional, receptive and nurturing.
Neptune on the angle is not being able to draw boundaries and being deeply imaginative.
Neptune forms a wide opposition with Saturn nataly. And this suggests that there is a lot that goes on behind Saturn's back that Neptune assures Saturn with the; "everything is fine" mantra, until it isn't.
You have been working a great deal. That is true. And I suspect, without knowing when to stop.
Neptune transits have also been transiting one of your angles;increasing that "blind sight" to how stretched you are. And I suspect that a lot of "self-sacrificing" has been happening.
Luckily, the jig is up. Transiting Saturn hit the 4th house angle and started to ask "what is happening here?"
Interestingly,Saturn is also the ruler of you 6th house cusp of Capricorn and so, I think that that is why issues of health, bodily well being etc. came under light.
Saturn transiting the angle is asking you to "work" on yourself (4th house). Get your private affairs in order and take time off to recuperate.
Mars will be joining the party in the 4th house soon-suggesting that there will be much less attention paid to your career and more to your home life. I suspect this area has gone on neglected enough.
