Vagueness, blankness, easily confused and somewhat lost, prone to mistakes and inaccuracies, yearning for the spiritual and intangible, believing in the unseen. I experience these. What are your most enduring life experiences when these energies are prominent? There is not a day that goes by I am not aware of this type of energy in my life. Not so much receptive, more chaotic and confusing. IP: Logged |

On a bad day, Neptune's energy in my chart makes me oversensitive, mentally in a 'fog', unrealistic/overly idealistic, prone to daydreaming, and more interested in secluding myself and meditating vs. going into the outside world. I have Pluto in the 12th, Mars opp. Neptune and Moon trine Neptune. I agree that the energy can be all-consuming and difficult. I get lost in a sea of emotion and can't find a way out of it when I have issues with my 12H energy, and Neptune's energy. That's always the most challenging part for me.In terms of progressions and transits...I have T.Neptune trine Mercury and it's been positive for me in the sense that I am more creative than ever, but ever since the transit I've struggled more with being on time and finding suitable friends who won't take advantage of me [Mercury is in my 11th]. Yes! Thank you Sweet Scorpion. So true! That is how I feel exactly, most days. I want to seclude and meditate/reflect. Neptune must be the planet of reflection. I could spend my entire life reflecting on stuff and just pondering everything.

On good days, I'm very receptive to other people's feelings and understanding their motives (good or bad). I'm able to read people like a book and see right through any facades. On bad days, like sweet-scorpion, I'll be in a "mental fog". I'll be sensitive, touchy, irritable and almost unreachable/impossible to understand. I'll shut down and if I don't get alone time, I'll become more exhausted and even more grouchy. IP: Logged |

I even have a difficult time grasping exactly what it means to have too much of this energy. How does it show up in my life? I struggle to grasp where Neptune ends and Saturn begins. IP: Logged |

Ok. When it comes to emotions. I'm not going to lie and say it's every single time but there are quite a lot of times that I feel like a computer when you see the bar going across with percentage. Many times I have to actually process what I feel. I do it in split seconds usually, but depending on what it is, I have actually spent days trying to figure out how I feel. Almost like I have to let it soak in. Like throwing a sponge onto a water spill. It takes a little bit for it to all soak in. After that is when the "computer processing" happens. That's why I sometimes get called crazy. Because someone will do something that upsets me. I might have a much later response because it can take a while for it to absorb. I've gone back to people minutes later and chewed them out even after it was done. Just because it's like it kept dripping until it spilled over. That's about the only things that confuse me much or that I really need to focus on. Otherwise, I focus quite easily and I'm extremely logical and observant - decisive most of the time and it's not very many times that I backtrack on what I've decided. One thing that could be related is that social situations, even just being out in the mall or shopping somewhere can just drain me. I start to go a little crazy and need to get out. It just completely overwhelms me. I like to be alone. It's like it literally takes my physical energy away from me. IP: Logged |

My energy levels are kind of erratic. When I work on physical endurance, mostly by doing a lot of walking/jogging/running, I can walk for many miles, never get tired. However, one trip to someplace like WMSC, Lowe's or Super Target can exhaust me by the time I return home. I am drained by then, don't have the drive or energy to fix dinner right away. Just want to set down and veg a while, then fix dinner. As far as what you said about what people think, I have experienced similar. It's like yeah, there's something about me people are kinda mystified by and they interpret strange ways. It's just the way I process and my coordination is definitely in the clumsy range. I make silly mistakes and mumble at times, too. Like, I will say one word when I mean another. These little errors can really frustrate me and cause embarrassment at times because I feel they just make me look stupid to others. This is one part of having too much of the energy imo. I feel like I can knock 40% off the accuracy definition of a Virgo sun because of this. IP: Logged |

Funny! Barbie does that same exact thing! Fumbles her words or gets them mixed up. It took me a while to get used to that - because I try to be extremely precise. I only wish that my vocabulary was a bit stronger, but it's by no means the end of the world, nor does it make me feel stupid. But that is pretty humorous to me to see that you both do that. My Mercury is just running crazy with Virgo. It's like it wasn't even phased being in the 12th OTHER than communication with others seems tricky. But I think it's possibly Mercury in 12, Gemini moon, and Neptune in 3rd all contributing. As far as being clumsy. Mmmmmm... I drop things sometimes I guess or bonk my head, or elbow. Stub my toes. LOL My balance is crazy though! I remember last year I even amazed myself! I was taking two bags of trash out during the winter. I hit this very slight slope that had black ice. Both feet started to go. Holding the two bags, I never went down - not down to a knee and the bags never touched the ground. I've done stuff like that many times. I just do NOT fall down. Mars in 12th... IDK. I have a hard time seeing mars in myself tbh. My Venus seems almost Pisces. Which we've had this discussion the other day. Maybe it's simply Neptunian. Either way, I can see that it's Virgo. It's very strange. It's Virgo, yet very far from Virgo at the same time. I really can't explain it. It makes for a very unusual Venus! Being that it aspects Neptune, and that's it. IP: Logged |

This is a daily reality for me. Have no 12th house planets, but do have Neptune in 1st conjunct Ascendant plus Saturn in Pisces. My days often come together in some kind of haze where I don't remember which day I did one thing.Good days consist of some spiritual revelation or experience filled with creativity and love. Combined with my Scorpio moon I'm empathic at all times of the day regardless if I want to be or not. Good days consist of me not being around too many negative people and soaking up their negativity or sifting through which emotions are mine and someone else's. Bad days consist of being in a fog all day long with no clear direction or discernment of what I'm doing or supposed to be doing. I feel lost and helplessly adrift in a sea of confusion. I take on way too much negativity and end up becoming depressed and awkward. Almost every day I realize we're all living in a dream though and that we are all one, so the spiritual side helps out more than it hurts. But an unintended side effect of having neptune in 1st is that so many people project things on to me its ridiculous. I've had people project their own faults on to me or their own desires. I essentially become a mirror for people's unconscious and subconscious worlds. They almost always end up seeing what is inside of them and when I point it out they either deny it or change their entire way of thinking. This happens online as it does in person. Neptune sure is an interesting planet regardless. IP: Logged |

Yippee, this basically describes my life: quote: Bad days consist of being in a fog all day long with no clear direction or discernment of what I'm doing or supposed to be doing. I even use the expression "sea of confusion" on a regular basis. How fun. I don't even have many Neptune aspects at all... Sextile Sun and sesquisquare Moon and ASC and Nodes. But I think it could be my 12H SN + transiting Neptune opposing my Chiron (?). Oh and yeah, this, too: quote: Originally posted by StarlightSmileSupreme: With this energy, doesn't it seem like you should have some great purpose in life but you aren't sure what it is, exactly?
Yeah. That's right. But it could be the 6H NN for me personally. I feel like I'm supposed to be on a mission but I don't know what it is.

Gosh, this is all me too. I've had to use the expression "floating in an endless vacuum" more than once this year to describe my feelings, because that's how it all feels a lot of the time. Just..directionless, clueless, uncertainty, and vagueness. It is definitely like a mental fog. Sometimes I will say one word but mean another and confuse people too. And then I get frustrated because I have to explain myself, or say that sometimes during conversation you end up using whatever word comes to mind, and for some reason people seem to not get that that happens, or it just frustrates them too. I have a prominent Neptune, a few 12H placements, and a Pisces MC. I'm currently having t. Neptune conjunct my natal MC which makes me laugh because it's already natally ruling it so basically I'm like ok WHY. And t. Chiron sextile Neptune. It's nauseating. IP: Logged |

Same here! I never feel like I know what I'm searching for, the feeling is just there. It's a big restless feeling.

What about everyone's spirituality and this energy? Lately I have become much more spiritual. I feel like I am half here and half with God. Anyone feel their twelfth house or Neptune pushes them toward an existence that is a hundred times more spiritual than the average person's? IP: Logged |

I have moments. But I kind of feel like our spirits are almost like a person inside a person. The spirit guiding general direction, those "gut" feelings about what direction to go in life. A person's basic self, in a very basic sense. I feel that our spirits are full of love. Some of us are more aware of this and some people seem totally disconnected. I can elaborate if desired and I may not have made sense. I'd have to get on my computer to explain further. But that's kind of how I feel. IP: Logged |

What call you spirit, DF, to me that's the soul... Spirit is more... "mental" in nature. Soul is the essence, and it is made of Love (the way I see it, of course).IP: Logged |
