Each sign has a principle associated with it based on basic unconscious urges, known as a pattern or archetype. Each principle, when represented by the Sun in your chart can show what you want from life, and when represented by the Moon in your chart can show what you need. Is this what you are asking? I think I get it... 1. Aries - Needs/wants the thrill of life in heavy doses to challenge the self into action and assertion
2. Taurus - Needs/wants emotional stability and financial security to enjoy the pleasures of life
3. Gemini - Needs/wants the space to communicate via speech and navigate the world with curiosity
4. Cancer - Needs/wants a nurturing, loving environment to be able to do the same for others
5. Leo - Needs/wants to be the center of attention, to be adored/respected for their radiance and creative self-expression
6. Virgo - Needs/wants to see the order and detail in everything it analyzes in the material world
7. Libra - Needs/wants the perfect balance and harmony between love/partnership and individuality
8. Scorpio - Needs/wants to seek and explore the depths of anything it investigates and transform it
9. Sagittarius - Needs/wants to attain a worldly truth by means of understanding and exploring culture, religion, and philosophy
10. Capricorn - Needs/wants to establish themselves in the face of the public to fulfill their innate need to be dutiful and worthy
11. Aquarius - Needs/wants their individuality to be able to become innovative in ways that serve humanity
12. Pisces - Needs/wants to merge with the supernatural forces and laws that govern the spiritual universe and all the issues related to the signs above in order to undo the ego and love unconditionally The signs that need the most are Leo, Taurus, Libra, Cancer, Pisces The least... Aquarius, Gemini, Sagittarius The rest are in between. I hope I answered your question. EDIT: It's important to note that how exactly the needs are met or manifested vary according to the planet each sign is in. This is just my "theoretical" understanding of the needs and wants of each signs irrespective of any planetary associations.

Cap sun/asc, aries moon.I've read that capricorns need stability. It's true for me. I always need something (memories, mememtos...etc..) some people that remind me of who I was, of certain turning points in my life. Without those I'll feel rather lost. I want a lot. I don't need much. It's easier to feel content when I need little. IP: Logged |

I agree that Gemini and Aquarius need the least, however, I don't quite think Libra belongs in the "needs more" category. I think Libra WANT a lot of love and relationship, but as to them "needing" it, that's quite questionable. Libra by default of being an Air sign, can do fine with less.Hey, Saturn is the most austere, tough planet there is and yet, Saturn exalts in Libra. Food for thought! IP: Logged |
