August 11 2014: at 16 degrees the Aquarius Full Moon *Super Moon*
Anyone with a personal planet at 16 degree (or there about) fixed signs. Did you notice anything significant, in the expression of that planet?
Personally, I have Mars fixed. And I began to feel so aggravated and annoyed.

Although, I'm ruled by Moon. Not sure, if that would increase my sensitivity to it's movements.

i have sun and moon within 2 degrees of there... that super moon was ****** , i felt the same, and for the first time i started to try and kill something, there was this fly that was probably as tense and pent up as me, and it kept buzzing around and it annoyed me so much that i tried to kill it, and usually im like a daoist (harm no living thing), then i started eating when i wasnt hungry and had no desire to eat, and i wasnt breathing enough and felt like i was almost passing out, but then i was like yeah i dont really want to die, so i started breathing more, and then at some point like an hour or 2 later i felt good and fine like the tension was off, but then the next morning found out robin williams died, and im paranoid that humans need to see death to really appreciate and value their own lives

I agree, I have closer relationships with people who are aware of the fragility and gift of life. At the same time, we all have our own learning curves, as Astrology shows. Which leads back to point 16 degrees fixed, experiences anyone.

I have my Sun at 16° exactly, in Scorpio.
So it was a perfect square, with Saturn and Uranus in the mix (conjunction + quincunx).

Umm. I felt friggin' terrible!
I was extremely sick because I had eaten something I shouldn't have (lactose intolerance - chocolate) and I had also drank alcohol and smoked which only made things worse. I was nauseous and felt like throwing up for a good chunk of the night. I got 0 sleep during the night and was feeling emotionally restless and agitated, going from angry to helpless to tense to exhausted.

It was awful.

My Sun sits in my 6H.

^ Sounds intense.
Glad things are cool for now. Hope it lasts.

And yes, the Full Moon "illuminates" and brings issues to the surface, right into our field of consciousness.

I actually quit smoking the following day and told myself not to ever eat stuff with so much lactose in it. lol

Emotionally it was also pretty revealing. But no real changes on that front yet.

sorry i just got passionate about something, got to type this,

you said the "role of the moon was to.." well, you probably already know this, but the moon has no role, nothing is planned, everything is just reacting and no one knows how things will turn out, some people theorize that when it gets down to the smallest makings of the universe that the universe is truly random, because where electrons disappear and reappear has not been able to be predicted yet, so it may truly be random, which i truly hope so, or else this universe is like a train on a set path, no changing future, inevitability.

so yeah the moon is not working for your personally in your life as if you and the universe makes plans to help each other out, everything just happens the way it does and then we attach our own meaning to things afterwards

^ If that were the case, then transits would have no impact. And yet they do. Actually astrology in general wouldn't work. But I'm pretty sure it does.

No one has it all figured out but I don't think the Universe is as random as some people think.

i know, but she said the "role of the moon" as if god had this moon planned out for her or something. as if in this big thing called life that theres a plan for each of us. thats pretty boring if you ask me. everything is going to happen a certain way. theres no true life to that. true life is having new and unexpected things happen, unknown stuff. i know astrology and transits work, and the universe is seemingly very predictable, which is why i pray that there is some true randomness in it

i didnt read your response about the moon illuminating issues to the surface though, i guess if that is a frequent disposition of its influence then that could be considered one of its many roles, if you want to call it that

Soren,

if you are referring to my comment, you will notice I said:

"I believe the role of the moon...."

And I was specifically referring to how I felt the full moon affected my personal relationship.

This is what I believed this thread to be asking.

It is a simple perception of a situation that coincided with the full moon.

I did not, and would not, profess absolute truth.

I apologise if I came across as authoritative.
I am certainly not.

Well done on quitting!
I am two months quit myself.
I really found it a struggle, hardest habit I have tried to break yet.

Good luck with it.

I hope any emotional adjustments lead to positive actions such as those you have already taken.

It appears that we transformed at an emotional level.
Is it enough to sustain the relationship?
That remains to be seen, but we are together for now.[/B][/QUOTE]

Life is not a problem to be solved, it is a journey to be experienced. just go with it

Ah yeah sorry, my bad, I just read that sentence and then i wanted to passionately reply. I just got this idea that you thought that god had planned for the full moon to break you guys up. Maybe it did actually. I dunno i also just wanted to express those sentences somewhere as well. Sorry about that its all good

Soren,

My passion gets the better of me often - I understand.

Incidentally, I don't really have a perception of "god".

I do believe in synchroncity though.
Is it an intentional force? Who knows.
Perhaps a force can be both random and useful.

Realistically, you pretty much nailed it yourself - we attach meaning through our interpretations, and this informs our actions/beliefs.

I believe this is necessary - if we do not form perceptions, how would we ever act at all.
I guess the key is to be prepared to change our perception in light of new information, or a resulting conflict.

Thank you.

I've never been much of a smoker, meaning, I've never smoked crazy amounts of cigs per day. It's the regularity that's hard to break for me. And it IS hard!

Congrats for being clean for two months, Voix. Keep going. I'll try to do the same.

And, as a sidenote, I really enjoy your comments on LL.

I made popsicles from the blackberry bush out front, blendered with a bottle of whipped cream i found on the ground, the top didnt work which is why i guessed the people threw it out. so i stabbed it with a knife and dumped it in the blender. the popsicles i really good i recommend it

Just some crazy dreams 2 nights prior, and my friend created an Instagram for me haha I will be famous now (just kidding )

The full moon was conjunct my dsc (2 degrees) , opposite Mars and sextile Jupiter. I did cry a lot the night before concerning a guy but I can say I've slowly started to move on...

My Moon on 17 Aquarius, additionally my lunar return this month was just an hour bwefore the fullmoon was exact, which means my lunar return has a fullmoon this month. lol

Hmm, I have been having a grand time as a matter of fact, well despite some toothache, but we were on a family trip, and it was really nice.
Intense dreams, yes, and maybe I SHOULD feel sad and angry and so on, esp. with Tr Saturn exactly squaring my Moon. But I don´t. I feel very stable emotionally, with a bit of anxiety because of having to return to work next week, and also, I don´t know a feeling of something`s going to happen. A foreboding, but not in a bad way.

I just feel totally at one with myself for now. And while some things are not like I would have liked them to be, I accept things as they are now: There is a constant flow anyway, and I am just going with it.
