your moon is more connected and insync with all of the planets as it is more aligned with them (then average), so stronger lunar force, although less perspective then average (because my guess is the more planets that are out of the normal ecliptic give you more perspective).

Edit: just like a conjunction is more powerful, but the more conjunctions the less perspective a person has
