What could cause this?

I think what did it for them at least was their Mars/Moon opposite. That's never good imo. They have so many other really bad ones too that aided that one. I'm so sorry that you have to endure that.  IP: Logged |

I agree with moon Mars...
And Mars Pluto.
Also the Natals. But, it depends if those aspects have support. We have Mars square Pluto but it's supported. There was that guy I knew that murdered his wife. They had Mars conjunct Pluto but not much to support it AND that conjunction was stand alone. Nothing else touched it. Mars and his Pluto left all to themselves. Ouch. IP: Logged |

Check the Arabic points. See if things like Death or Violence is activated.

I read what he did to her and I am sorry but that can't just be their synastry. The synastry contributes and enhances predispositions in his natal that are already there but if he did that to her he would do it to someone else who he has a synastry without the "triggers."This is an extremely abusive violent man. I would think he has some nessus exact squares or conjunctions and a heavily afflicted nessus. IP: Logged |

His jupiter conjuncts plutoJupiter/pluto squares his moon and venus Nessus opposes his moon, squares jupiter by one orb and his pluto. He has dejanira, moon and venus all in capricorn. I am going to check his progress now... ADD:

I just saw pictures of the girl and it is extremely horrifying, this really saddens me. Looks like he has a very afflicted chart, mixed with some violent predispositions in synastry didn't do any good. I hope she heals from this, I really really hope so she was extremely violated, hurt and humiliated, no one in the world deserves this.IP: Logged |

That could have been a Huuuuuge insecurity for him. PLUS... maybe he was on steroids or one of the many alternatives that modified his behavior - made him more prone to a violent temper.
He seems to be apologetic on his tweets. Which simply indicates to me that he lost control and acted out of how he normally behaves. If you add this poor synastry, with Pluto and Mars and moon involved with her porn star status and his less known fighting career...

My advice to her would be get away from all that and find better people to be around. It's a very destructive environment. She should walk away from it before it destroys her utterly. Many lady porn stars end up dead. Seriously I wouldn't wish that life on my worst enemy and this is only what has been made public. You can guarantee this woman has been through so much abuse in life. It is time to walk away from it. I don't know where you get that twisted idea. I'm digging into some things that may have come into play.
So because I'm not cursing him and going on and on about how sad it is and how he's such a pig, I'm defending him? Re-evaluate your ability to interpret what you read. She was a porn star. I'm sure that was a factor. I never said she was at fault AT ALL for choosing that profession, OR that she provoked it, OR that she had any wrong doing in it. I never said any of those things. What I meant by that was, he was probably an insecure/jealous guy with a bad temper who couldn't handle having a relationship with a person who had that for a profession. I'm sure it worsened his already bad tendencies. I also said he was apologizing. I never suggested that he should be forgiven. I'm SAYING that he's a person of cylces, which is the kind of man that will be able to keep a woman trapped into those relationships. Where he's abusive because he can't control himself, overwhelmed with his insecurities or whatever he has. Then feels bad about it later. Cyclic abuse. A nice sweet guy with explosions of abuse. That's all that I was saying. I was making a statement, not a defense.
