The Moon in the 10th/on the Midheaven means that you need to find emotional fulfillment in your career. Your profession needs to be something that satisfies your Moon sign's needs. With a Virgo Moon in the 10th, you need a career that gives you an outlet for those Virgo needs: health, organizing, analyzing, helping people, etc. And you have to follow your gut when it comes to your profession and career choices.
