The strange irony is I have neptune in capricorn in the seventh/eighth conjunct my sun - very loosely. This means that I will be a drunkard who is bad at managing funds or in a marriage with a drunkard who spends all my money and tries to trick me.

Yet I am a skeptical, meticulous, and anal person who is a perfectionist and is an accountant. Have I then the good aspects of neptune since it is conunct my sun which is sextile pluto and sextile mars?

Neptune does have some serious afflictions and I am artistically inclined, or have the soul of the artist, but I have the personality of a businessman.

I'm not trying to ramble here or self talk myself but I'm not quite sure what's going on...have I merged with my anima? Am I the savior then? The guy who comes in and manages other people's funds so they don't blow it all in the casino as I am air tight with my cash or has astrology really put a bad spin on neptune and hence become like Odysseus force to travel the seas of mediocrity for eternity until it recognizes that Poseidon isn't such a bad nerf after all?

Neptune on the angle can make people very dreamy and unable to see fact from fiction.

But this is not the only interpretation as it could also mean that the person is artistic, creatively gifted or more inclined to go into a more "arty" field.

Where is Neptune exactly? In the 8th or 7th? Because I'll tell you how I've come to understand its playing out in my life.

I have Neptune in my Sagittarius 4th house, but Neptune is my 7th house ruler since I have Pisces 7th house.

Would all of the above apply to me as well?

I am super analytical when it comes to a mate and judge her only on her habbits - not looks or superficial things. I find that the best way to find a true person is to find one who is true to themselves...I'm glad I didn't get married before 30 and probably won't for some time.

I do attract dishonest people though. I don't know if I have a good guy thing going on but if I do it's not cool so I'm blunt and honest to peeps so they get the point that I'll beat them in the game if they wish to play.

The 8th house is much like the 2nd house. It speaks of resources too, but not those that "belong" to you but those that are shared.

What do I mean by this?Well,you don't have to be a millionaire to have the effects of this house play out.They play out everyday actually.

1. When out with friends,do you keep a tab on how much you spent vs your friends.? With Neptune in 8th, it is likely that you end up paying to cover others -even though you didn't order as much.

But when you go out with the same friends again and order more, they pay for you but also expect you to pay them back later.

2.When you move in with someone. How would you best handle the sharing of income? Who gets to buy what, when and how much? etc.

It is likely that with Neptune in 8th, you spend in "good faith" and do what you can. The problem with this is that you end up doing a lot more than your room-mate and don't know it.

Your roommate can even insist that you go 50/50.This despite you buying ad hoc things that run out throughout the month.And not asking to be "reimbursed" by the same person who enjoys them.

3.When being intimate with a partner, do you find that your own sexual needs are rarely satisfied? With Neptune in 8th you may find yourself doing more to be "submissive" to your partners needs and scratching their proverbial itch.Thinking that if you please them, you please yourself etc.

But they lack the same sensitivity in doing the same with you.They may even be very selfish and insist on using you for their own personal sexual gratification. As if you are there to meet their needs only etc.

4. At work, do you find yourself sharing your staple, your paper clips and other stationery.Yet you rarely keep account as to whom you lent, how much and when?

Neptune in 8th can have the effect of you assuming that you can take other people's stationery and they won't have a problem with you lending it.

Problem is, many do and will hold you accountable should their "stuff" get lost or be broken They remember the details that you don't.

When it comes to Neptune in 8th, in the area of shared resources, your views are "blurred" and you do not keep track.
