Well, without seeing the chart. There's a lot of potential for squares! It doesn't spell doom and gloom even if they are square though. But it won't be as easy as friendlier aspects.
Generally (being a key word)... Fire/Fire and Fire/Air go together. They trine and sextile.
With one with Scorpio venus and the other Aqua Venus... IDK. They seem almost like opposites.
But you should throw up a chart in Interpersonal Astrology.
