I watch movies sometimes and I occasionally notice a character who talks A LOT during sex and I am wondering; is this just a movie thing or are there people who do this??When I am having sex the last thing I want to do is talk unless is like to say turn or some nice dirty talk here and there... But this people have elaborate real conversations in this movie scenes while doing it.

I could have a conversation and still enjoy sex, in fact I think I'd enjoy it more. Did silent sex and it was okay but I wasn't focused on the act then and instead couldn't stand that it was silent. I have mars conjunct mercury on the ascendant.My sun is also conjunct venus in gemini.
I almost never talk during sex, unless it's to tell them what to do or something, when people talk during sex i'm thinking "STFU" lol

My partner has Venus in Gemini in the 3rd house and Mars in Libra, and he literally HAS to talk dirty/have someone talk dirty to him during sex or it's not as enjoyable.Conversation is a different story, that's kinda weird. IP: Logged |

I actually like to suprise my mate and this I find is a big key in the bedroom to keeping it alive.For instance, I might stay silent all night on purpose, say absolutely nothing. The partner at this point will think they are on a perfect date because in most cases the male tends to talk too much and barely listens to the woman. I've picked up on this so I take a vow of silence but the woman is so occupied with talking she doesn't notice she is dominating the conversation. Then in the bedroom, thus far, the key to talking, has been to say very little and focus more on the tone of voice. But yes, initially, when I was experienced but yet still not perfected, I would talk too much I believe, but the girl was still delighted as I would play out her fantasies...for some reason I just know what each girl likes...even if I'm not her type, I'm able to conform to what she likes to hear...It's an intuitive gift but I have neptune, sun, jupiter in eight in capricorn and I have mercury conjunct uranus in the seventh house in sagitarius... I do talk, but about what we're doing.. not like, regular conversation.. that's just odd and would feel leave me feeling inadequate.. If I can't distract you from general, every-day thoughts/conversations while we're getting hot and heavy, I would think I wasn't doing something right. My fiancé is an Aqua Sun/Merc/Venus with Mars in Scorpio.. He loves talking dirty, but again.. not regular conversation.. I've never experienced that with any lover and wouldn't want to. Mind-blowing pleasure is what I'm about and if you're thinking about bills, groceries, or what kind of food you want to feed you pet while we're getting it on.. I asked myself that question as well. I came to the conclusion that they need more words on screen, because they do not have the smell, touch or energy, which you have in real life. They need those words to describe it. To use or not to use words are better described by Venus, Mars and house. I do not think that Mercury has an effect in this situation.  IP: Logged |

Me too. I have Virgo asc. Dirty talk always sounds so.... Cheesy. And it actually takes me out of the mood. I'm the zone and it like zaps me out of it. Puts me too much in my head when I want to be in my body or my emotions. Like I dont mind if he's saying something genuinely because it's like oh my god that feels so good. But stuff like... I'm not going to get into it there is some very corny dirty talk out there. and it just makes sex silly to me. I have cap Venus and Taurus Mars. All this earth I think makes me super serious and like the simple basic things. I think earth is about communication without words, though actions and touch. And that's how sex has to be for me.
