I saw the other thread about sun conjunct descendant , what does it mean to have mars conjunct descendant my mars is at 23 degree cancer and my descendant is at 0 degrees leo

your mars isn't conjunct the DSC. its in the sixth house, which means alot of your energy will be focused on your health this lifetime.

Thats very true i am focused on my health but on my astro chart it says mars opposite ascendant shouldnt i still consider it or is weaker since its in the 6th house?

Yeah i wouldn't count it as opposite your ascendant.
