I think I have an ascendant cusp, I'm a libra rising, however it does pass most of the degrees are in Scorpio. I notice I possess both libra traits and Scorpio traits, like I can be really sociable and appreciate beauty but at the same time Im carefully aware and suspicious who I choose to be sociable with and what I reveal, sometimes I can be really quiet and get annoyed at superficial things. Also my appearance is strange xD I have a Libran slender body but my face is more like a scorpios, my eyes can be really piercing and I have a full fringe that sometimes overgrows my eyes (very Scorpio asc don't you think?) also dark hair and pale skin.

So, what do you think? I feel confused but I think asc cusps exist, there is no way that I'm 100% libra asc because I definitely feel scorpion like sometimes, I don't reveal the whole story so to speak, I can get really quiet. But I do feel quite Libran at times, Im a lover of peace and love chilling out and indulging, but I want things to have meaning and not be superficial all the time.

Personally, I don't think so.

What you're describing is the condition of your AC ruler - Venus (it conjuncts Saturn, doesn't it? Which would explain the selective/careful/suspicious part and dislike of superficiality part).

eta. You also have a progressed Scorpio AC, so that could play a role.

I'm not convinced on cusp. But I'm not fully versed in them so my opinion matters little. Is there no other Scorpio influences in your chart? I think Doux is on point with the analysis especially if your progressed chart picked up Scorpio placements.

I'm currently expressing heavy Sagittarius tendencies despite have no Sagittarius influences in my natal chart.

if you have a late libra rising then scorpio traits will be stronger cause your ascendent progressed to scorp soon after birth, i believe in sun cusps cause the sun is wide in the sky but the ascendent is probably a lot thinner im guessing so probably no cusp

It may matter with geography. I'm a complete novice on the subject, but of all the placements in the chart, it would seem the angles are the most sensitive to small changes. Relocation may make your asc change.
