how exactly do mutual receptions play out do they share energy like an actual aspect?

just found out i have a mutual reception between venus in sag and jupiter in libra

i also have one between my chart rulers
saturn in aquarius and uranus in capricorn

Look at the Planets that lead to these two endings.

That is how they will play out.

Also check whether you have parallels and/or Aspects between them.

Mine are Sextile, so it has a positive connotation.

Really, there are a million variables, and you have to figure out the one that is right for you.

Realised I have one and as an opposition too it has bothered me for a while but I didn't know there was a term for it which helps me.

Anyway, I looked up some info and even though this is about a mutual reception in transit I think will help me to get an understanding of it

Not like an actual aspect. But if they are in aspect, it would be quite strong.
