Some people are just kind of able to make a party around them all the time… things just change when THEY enter the room.

What makes this in a chart? What make some people so very special and interesting to be with, or just being in the same room as them?

First things that came to mind:

a. Fire ASC, I agree with the above posts in that it can make you have a vibrant presence and this can help you shine and become the 'life' of the party
b. Sun-Jupiter or Venus-Jupiter, all around fun and optimistic person who can get a party started
c. Heavy placements in social houses 11 and/or 5

Fire sign people mostly. It can be on the angles, or prominently disposed in their natal charts.

People like to laugh and they like to be around people who make them laugh. I can cheer things up when I join in a group with relative ease. I have a Leo stellium, including the sun, it comes pretty natural to me.

But I can be really moody, that's when I will probably won't join in any group, choosing my own company. So it's not something that I do all the time though. I'd say the moon plays also an important role as to be able to sustain the good humour, to fully enjoy the party we create. Usually ( I say usually) people who like to bring cheer all around, who like to make others happy are themselves very unhappy in their lives.

Happiness is after all a state of mind.

Me! Me! I'm always the only girl which dances at parties/concerts like its no tomorrow being herself and not caring. I try to make my shy friends have fun too and just let go.. What's so bad about letting go and be yourself? Yeah, I guess i can say that I'm the life of a party.

Sun Jupiter conjunct in Sag. I am told that I am a lot of fun.When I choose to be, I can make people smile and laugh.

But I also have Venus,Saturn,Pluto in Scorpio and Moon in Cancer. So the moodiness also shows up sometimes when I am fiercely unhappy.

if i'm out and about, i'm in party mode.
i also love to throw parties...i've done some pretty big events in the past. i love pumping up the dancefloor and making people laugh.

i do agree that fiery folk are a lot of fun!

Lol I have 2/3 of these things. I am not a fire Ascendant but am a fire sun and stellium, and also have jupiter trine venus and jupiter trine sun. Lmao and that jupiter is in my 11th. xD I AM a dj and producer so i guess I am a party starter! hahaha

totally agree, but depends on what mood they are in. But if they are in their party mood, everything is going to be a party no matter what haha, I love aries energy

Jumping in to add another vote to Fire signs.

HOWEVER, one of the biggest party animals I know and the one who strips off his pants and dances in boxer shorts, is a Cancer Sun so ???

I am guessing he must have heavy Fire placements somewhere, but I haven't looked at his natal.

Edit: He has Mars in Leo, Jupiter & Moon in Aries and Uranus & Neptune in Sag. Makes more sense now!

That's amazing. What a cool job! I can imagine your Fire stellium makes you a bight and outgoing person. I would love to DJ myself, actually. I have Jupiter conj. Venus in the 11th and Sagittarius rising in the Aries decan and Aries duad. I really can shine in a social setting! I love to talk to people and tell jokes, and I'm usually good at making people laugh. In fact, not socializing can make me feel terrible, haha...I need to be out and about to feel good.
