I had the WORST night last night. I came home after work and just cried my eyes out most of the night. Major self-loathing going on. Even this morning I am incredibly irritable and feel like I could break down at any minute.

I cant say I'm going through that would right now, but I've been where you are (more then I can count).

I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm not an overly emotional person and I only cry when there's a reason. I tend to intellectualize my feelings so I rarely cry.

These days, I've been feeling on the verge of tears 24/7. I'm literally crying day and night. Major tears stuck in my throat. It just happens, no specific reason. I just try to come up with some but those are reasons I had already cried about a zillion times and I have already gotten over technically.

It could be anything but most of the time, it just relates to how I'm stuck and people are moving on. Or to the harsh rejection I faced a couple months ago love-wise.

I'm having a lot of anxiety and things from the past are just coming back to the surface in my mind. Bizarre.

I actually feel very similarly. I feel the older I get the more sensitive I am becoming and suddenly I am less of an ice queen than I thought I was my whole life. EVERYTHING seems to get to me or my "problems" are magnified on a grand scale. I take everything my family and friends and partner say to heart and take offense to even the littlest slight. I never used to be that way. Is this how it feels to near closer to your Saturn return? It's not for another year but I've felt a huge shift in my life outlook in 2014. I'm becoming more "self-aware" for sure.

Mind you this could all just be me but my co-worker said she's been having a rough week too which is why I figured I'd ask.

However, I've become more sensitive on the inside and very cold on the outside. I literally have hard rock ice. I can't open up anymore neither do I want to. I'm just cold but what's going on inside is the polar opposite.

This is probably sextiling Saturn in Scorpio (just a guess though) too which I imagine would bring on heavy feelings, intensity, etc.
