Just my amateur guesswork:

I think your progressed moon conjunct NN in Pisces enables to you discover and more fully embrace the breadth of your sensitivity. This will come in handy because, with your pr MC in Cancer, you may find yourself in situations that pressure you to put your heart on your sleeve, outside your normal comfort zone. But with your pr Mars in Cap, widely trine a conservative Virgo sun, the emotions you feel more than usual could be like exaggerated annoyance with anything that holds you back from where you want to be.
