Well he has a need to get along with people, is bubbly, and making people feel at ease.

He also feels the need to relate with everyone and act as though he is just like anyone else, and not some super powerful being (unlike Vegeta, who is always arrogant and cares about being superior).

Well yeah, each placement manifests differently in people. But since it's a fictional character we're talking about here, we just list the placements that they seem like, as if the placements are the pure energy of the placements themselves and emphasized (without any other factors altering it; basically how that placement generally or is supposed to manifest in someone) and consider it that way.

You can start off with interpreting real people as well like this (if you are trying to figure out someone's chart), but using the astrological energy as the basis, and then see how it's manifested and altered within that person in reality. It's the same process, except when it's a fictional character, we do not consider all that extra stuff because we are basically just "calling it as we see it".
