Is there any relation between our Moon signs and fertility and how pregnancies pan out? Trying to scrutinize my Leo Moon and aspects for any clue about future pregnancies lol. There's only a trine with the Sun, so take that as a good sign. The water and earth sign Moons may be a little more fertile? Any other positions to look out for? Like Ceres? IP: Logged |

I assume Leo is fertile, though I have known some childless Leos. What is going on in your fifth house, and how is its ruler placed and aspected? For starters, I think Jupiter in the 5H, ruling the 5H, or in positive aspect with the 5H ruler is helpful. IP: Logged |

I just found out I was pregnant in August exactly when Jupiter in Leo transitted and trined my Sagittarius Moon. Apparently Jupiter- Moon aspects bring fertility & pregnancy. IP: Logged |

Whoops I see you were wondering about your natal moon. I'm not sure the moon has everything to do with it. As previous poster said, check 5H and Jupiter's placement and aspects. IP: Logged |

Well I conceived and I have the most "infertile" moon on the block, brought a healthy baby to full term. 4th house and 5th for kids. Cancer and Leo placements. The nodes falling in one of these signs/houses. Those would push toward involvement as a nurturing figure, or with kids. So that could end up manifesting as being a parent.IP: Logged |

I am also leaning on Jupiter and Moon are somehow important here.IP: Logged |

Hmm, maybe that's another reason I am super fertile. Jupiter rules my 5H from its domicile 9H...also, Jupiter is the first planet the moon crossed over after I was born (I have Aries Jupiter, Pisces moon.) quote: It can be shown in a multitude of cases that the first planet which the Moon crosses after birth identifies one of the most basic characteristics of a person's individuality and destiny. This planet colors, as it were, the manner in which an individual orients himself most naturally at first to the reception of life energies; thus, the nature of the planet indicates what the native will draw upon in order to feed his individuality and (as a result) in order to assert himself in the fulfillment of his destiny.

^^ faith, that could very much be a big part of it. Jupiter ruling H5 = having lots of children. I mean, I'm guessing because House 5's known to be house of children. Thankx for this link. I wonder if the angular axis' can be a part of it too. Moon in my chart crossed over MC, then ASC before the first planet, Pluto. Also, Jupiter is opposite ASC. I too have Jupiter in Aries. maybe we are born the same year IP: Logged |

If you were born in 87, we're both Rabbits (another fertile sign!) And most Rabbits from 1939 to present day have Jupiter Aries. I was born in '76. Interesting about the moon crossing over the angles...I wonder what Mr. Rudhyar would say to that? I wish I were better acquainted with his writing. IP: Logged |

Unfortunately , I'm not that well read on this theory of his either. I'm just going to assume it suggests similar things to Moon/MC or Moon/ASC. If not, maybe the planets are more significant. ah, yes, I had figured you were a bunny wabbit when you mentioned Aries Jupiter. I am born in 87. *rabbit to rabbit high 5* IP: Logged |

My 5h cusp falls in Scorpio. . Jupiter is trine Pluto and Quintile Mars and the first planet my natal moon would have crossed over would have been Pluto. I should be makin babies like crazy...Buuuuuut Saturn is in my 5H and my Taurus Moon is in my 10H.. I'm 28, only once have I even had a "oo I might be" moment, only to have my hopes dashed as quickly as they came.. My younger sister is pregnant with her 2nd baby now and every woman in my family on my mother's side who is done having children has at least 3. I'm starting to really resent my Saturn placement, but I have a feeling that will only delay what I desire even longer.. *sigh* IP: Logged |

Check out something interesting. My 5th house cusp is in Cancer and my North Node is in there too. The ruler of my 5th house (Moon) is in the 8th house (Scorpio) conjuncting Jupiter... Also Jupiter is in conjunction with my Ceres (Scorpio)... What's that supposed to mean? I'm 32 and single.IP: Logged |
