I have heard that in vedic astrology it's supposed to be a good thing, because the retrograde position puts the effects of the planet in reverse and if saturn usually blocks or delays, it shouldn't when it is in retro in the natal. personally I feel that it rather doubles the burdens within the natal house it is in my saturn is retro in early sag, so saturn return is coming up, what fun

saturn retrograde isn't that bad ... they get better with time. Matthew Mcconaughey has it in Taurus in the 12th to add
