I'm sure many of you watched Spongebob Squarepants in your childhood (or still secretly do as a teenager/adult lol). On one of the episodes Spongebob's drivers license is displayed with Ms.Puff holding it in her hand.On his driver's license the DOB reads: 7/14/1986 Also, several other sources on the internet says that the creators of Spongebob established 7/14/1986 as his birth date. With that being said, Spongebob is a Sun in Cancer with a Moon in Libra. Me being a Libra Lunar as well, I can't exactly say that me and Spongebob are the SAME person, but I do have some of his tendencies sharing his Moon sign. I know I sound crazy for relating Astrology to Cartoons, but this is just really puzzling and interesting to me! Any comments anybody? ------------------

That's so cool! I wonder what signs the rest of his planets are in. I love Spongebob so much, although sometimes I feel he can be foolishly insensitive but nonetheless one of my favorite cartoon characters. His Moon would trine my Gem Moon and Aqua Mars and his Sun would trine my Sun, Venus, Mercury, and Saturn in Pisces! No, it's not weird at all to be looking into this. I was watching Spongebob about a month ago and still go on Netflix to watch some episodes when I'm bored. I was thinking of making a thread about what people thought Johnny Bravo's planets would be in. I do think that Spongebob has a Gem ASC though trining his Libra Moon. I, am, the biggest spongebob fan. I like him more than you guys. And to get a better idea of his birth chart. You should look at the guy who does his voice. Because you get such a feel of his character through the voice alone.Tom Kenny- Spongebob Voice Actor

What is spongebob really known for? His sincere strangeness. He is harmonious (venus) and considerate and sincere with others in a strange and unique way, so note the venus conjunct uranus in voice actors chart. Communication also sticks out for me for spongebob. Also note Tom Kenny only does spongebob in the show, showing how his personality wouldn't appear in other characters. Anyway mercury sextiles venus/uranus. Another thing I feel from spongebob is dedication to responsibility. Perhaps Saturn Conjunct South node has something to do with that, so it makes it easy for him to fall back and be responsible, its a natural easy route for him to take. Something I just realized about myself, is I have Saturn Conjunct North node, and I am always focusing on ways to be responsible, like its my life challenge. So I learned that about myself just from looking at spongebob. Spongebob loves going to work. He wakes up early morning every day, watching his watch, and walks to work, always getting there exactly on time. Finishing orders as fast as he can because he enjoys it. I am the opposite. It doesn't come effortlessly for me to be responsible. But I am always focusing on. Interesting But in no way does either the North or South node energy come more effortlessly that the other, the South node feels like an easy release, and the north node is the pursuit of a challenge, but they IMO are equally challenging. The south node steps back while the north node steps in. They both make you grow and evolve. IP: Logged |

Definitely sun in Cancer. He reminds me of Richard Simmons. I notice sun in Cancer women tend to be very serious and down-to-business. My cousin is not silly in the least and would feel awkward around silly acting people but sun Cancer men are a different kettle of fish. I can think of more than one example where they have no fear of acting really silly and goofy. And of course we always see Sponge with Patrick, so there's the Libra moon showing up. He likes to pal around with one other person. Libras tend to like to have that one person in their life they can rely on. They prefer this to a group of friends and if they do not have this one person they feel like they cannot cope with their life. It is difficult to be entirely independent with Libra influence, I know from personal experience. I have always struggled with this while others in my family have no problem with it at all.
