Hi everyone! I am fascinated with how Venus affects our fashion choices as well as what clothing we are attracted to in others, so I put this list together just for fun as I love clothes and playing "dress up"! Do these descriptions ring true for you or people that you know?

Aries: Likes women in very matchy matchy outfits as they usually have very polar ideas of feminity and would see something like blue shoes, blue bag, blue eyeshadow and blue dress as "feminine" as they think matching is something that women "do". Can get away with wearing very loud colors, glitter, patterns all the time etc.

Taurus: Venus in Taurus men seem to be attracted to texture. Wearing a leather jacket with a fur gilet on top and a silk blouse underneath and ripped denim jeans will get their attention. They love the contrast of all those fabrics competing for the spotlight and also an outfit like that is slightly nonchalant and casual and gives an "I just threw this on" vibe which they love as they are so casual / laid back themselves and won't mind a girl who dresses for comfort. Too much fake tanner/ hair extensions and makeup is a turn off. This man wants you as organic as possible.

Gemini: Venus in Gemini men go for women who dress sexy in a slightly tailored way. Think sexy librarian. Fitting pencil skirt with the outline of your suspenders teasingly pressing against the fabric of your skirt and creating an obvious outline, demure silk blouse showing just a hint of cleavage, high heeled pumps, hair in a bun and a little red lippie will have them weak in the knees. They like the idea that behind your modest exterior you might dominate them, and an outfit like this insinuates that you might.

Cancer: Venus in Cancer like quintessentially "feminine" women rather than "glamorous" women, so wear a floral dress with a flared skirt with a sweetheart neckline, a delicate filigree necklace that stops just above your cleavage to draw attention to your breasts, and demure kitten heels to make his little crabby heart flutter. Shades of blues with silver or other metallic, twilight colors such as rose gold will remind him of the moonlight and earn you brownie points!

Venus in Leo: body con dresses with gold sequins and beading with designer high heels, and large bling earrings and bracelets will make this Lion roar! They do like flashy women, so glittery, sequinned, beaded, cleavage flashing dresses with lots of gold and rhinestone jewellery, embellished evening clutches and designer high heels will make him sit up, shake his mane and take notice. Wear lipstick instead of lipgloss. He likes the idea of purposefully smearing it off of your lips as you're kissing.

Virgo: These men like women to have classic style who throw in the odd fashion forward piece to keep things interesting. This man is impressed by elegant tailored pieces that you can mix and match into a capsule wardrobe. Dark skinny jeans, neutral silk blouses, solid colored wrap dresses and well made bags with matching shoes with a pop of color, will have him swoon! Wear studs and a good quality watch, but that's it. The clothes don't have to be designer or flashy at all but they do have to be high quality, and nothing too "trendy". Too much jewellery, detailing, or patterns/ colors/ textures is a turn off. Think classic styles, tailoring, with single colored accessories. Neat eyebrows and nails are a must!

Libra: These men are attracted to proportion, symmetry and a beautiful face more than anything else, so anything that highlights these qualities are a win. They are suckers for soft, hourglass figures so wear knee length body con dresses with a skinny belt to cinch in your waist, matching heels in light, metallic colors such as gold and silver and pretty, delicate looking earrings, necklaces and bracelets. They go weak for long, curly hair!

Scorpio: these men do like dark colors, but perhaps it's an overstatement to say that they always like black. Try gorgeous jewel tones such as emerald green and deep cobalt blue and burgundies and purples in rich fabrics such as velvet and lace, deep red lips, stiletto heels or even better, thigh high leather boots. Straight hair, smokey eyes and slightly long, claw like nails will also garner their attention, as will anything that makes you look a little bound or restrained, such as a velvet choker.

Saggitarius: These men like their women in classic blue jeans, converse, a tank top with a plaid shirt thrown over the whole thing. Slightly wavy, undone, messy hair is fine, as is very natural makeup. When you do get glam, they like very simple silhouettes such as a plain body con dress with maybe a single piece of exotic jewellery, such as an oversized amber bracelet, large metal earrings with a Chinese symbol or, in terms of a more "permanent" accessory, a philosophical quote etched along a shoulder blade in the form of a tattoo.

Capricorn: Surprisingly, these men don't always go for the prim and proper look. There is a touch of flash about them, and they want you to reflect that. Old fashioned glamour works great with them, such as perfectly curled hair, dresses in classic cuts such as wrap dresses or pencil skirts with a pink blouse and heels will get them to notice you. If you do go for prints, go for leopard rather than floral or paisley as those prints may be too girly for them. Think lady like style with a touch of bling, rather than super girly or an all out glam look.

Aquarius: these men don't seem to have a definitive style or type that they are attracted to, but I have noticed that they go for girls with androgynous styles mixed with something girly. For example, wear a varsity jacket with a Versace print scarf and ripped jeans with trainers and big hoop earrings. They often dress this way themselves and this will get their attention.

Pisces: think very ethereal and incredibly mermaid like! Think of the colors of the moody Neptunian seas, moss greens, cobalt blues, shimmering silvers in lightweight fabrics such as gossamer, net or tulle. Wear a chiffon top in moss green, deep purple and cobalt blue running a pattern through the fabric, some beautiful real silver chunky earrings with leather skinnies and elaborate, embellished shoes studded with rhinestones. Pisces rules the feet, and this dreamy look will have your Neptunian Prince yearning for a closer glimpse.

I am a Gemini Venus and... what? I don't think about clothes or looks at all, mine or others'. The "librarian" look is not anything interesting, I don't have any particualr precise taste regarding clothes, really. Also, make-up is not my thing very much, and "dominate"? I'm not into that sort of thing! I prefer an equal relationship.

Very true! I know a couple cap venus males that are very attracted to "old fashioned glamour" and it actually made me laugh. They loved girls in sophisticated gowns and things like that which they preferred over something overly sexy.
