I never got to know such a person well enough...offhand, I can't even think sun sign. Though there was one...I'm not sure she classifies as a bully (by classical definition, not the "the person makes me uncomfortable and therefore a bully" that's popular today), but she TRIED to bully me in a brow beating way, but I believe got frustrated that I simply didn't care, had I not been forced to sit next to her I wouldn't have paid attention to her at all. It was more out of self-righteousness rather than sadism, however, and I believe it was her Sag & Scorpio placements mixed with Chinese year of the dog (that likes to bark at those who seem bad for the group to drive them away) that just inspired her to be brutally honest with me and try to drive me away/make an example of me or correct my behavior (in her view). That is, she didn't come after me because it was fun for her but because I outraged her sensibilities (and perhaps disrupted her harmony).
The kicker is she was born on the same day at the same hospital as me (she also had a name nearly identical to mine which is how we were forced to sit next to each other in class). When that became known someone in the class asked if I'd stolen her pacifier or something back then given that she was always trying to give me a hard time, which the class thought was hilarious. So her chart would be at least near identical to mine, only the ascendant possibly different...though my Mercury is so close to Scorpio that her Mercury may have crossed all the way over (if she was born several hours later).
