Just guessing but I'm going to guess comfortable = boring and predictable Per the viewpoint of the SO. IP: Logged |

For Venus in Pisces to be saying that... Taurus must be slacking off in the affection department.Look to Mars, also. Maybe a transit is debilitating the drive/energy/outward expression? IP: Logged |

Yes Venus in Taurus has gotten comfortable. Predictable. He's not doing anything to maintain the relationship! IP: Logged |

Yes this exactly! I always tell him that I feel like he's my parent not my boyfriend! IP: Logged |

Do I really have to look at our synastry chart? I don't like em; I can never find a good site about it. The composite chart makes much more sense to me.IP: Logged |

try going to the extended charts in the astro.com, you can get your synastry there and further understand why his taurus venus made you uncomfortable. This way, you can also see what aspects could help you to spice things between you.IP: Logged |

I've noticed that the person with the water placement (in any sextile, sometimes opposition)- interprets the person with the earth placement as nagging, patronising or parental. I've mostly noticed this in same planet aspects... so Moon in Cancer sextile Moon in Virgo... or Sun in Pisces opposite Sun in Virgo.. or Mars in Taurus sextile Mars in Cancer... etc. What happens is that - giving practical advice is the earth placement's "style" of showing they care and they're looking out for you. The water placement's reaction to this practical advice is usually: "Huh??" They don't completely understand it, they're not sure how to implement it - and what's more, it seems cold to them. What they really want is to be heard, understood and to receive lots of TLC - not practical advice. But earth and water are considered compatible (and complementary) so if they make the effort to -adjust-to each other.. they'll usually form a long lasting bond. Each sign has different roles to play in a sextile. Since you're dealing with the Taurus/Pisces sextile.. the Taurus energy is supposed to be like a "rock".. providing a home base and shelter for the more emotional Pisces energy. Taurus might be "comfortable" or "lazy' but they are not going anywhere. They are always there for you - That's the comforting thing about Taurus. On the other hand, the Pisces energy penetrates earthy Taurus and brings emotion (and spirituality) into their life. You could say the water placement - Pisces in this case - makes the earthy placement feel more alive. IP: Logged |
