Can your more dominant aspects, or planets influence the color of your eyes as well as the overall look?

Does a certain planet have to touch the ascendant, or is it determined by what sign Mars is in, or your Aries point(they say Aries rules the eyes), . It's also been said that the "degree of the eyes midpoint" is a point determined by ASC and 2nd house cusp.

Do the signs have colors that are associated with them?
