Either way, Gemini Sun people with Libra rising will have Sun in the 9th house, which is where the Sun JOYS. The decans do make a difference, along with the planets in the 1st house/on the Asc. The decan rulers for Gemini is Jupiter, Mars, Sun. My Sun is in the decan ruled by Jupiter, of which my Jupiter is in Libra- gracefully balancing everything with beauty LOL
The decan rulers for Libra is Moon, Saturn, Jupiter. My rising's decan is ruled by Moon, of which my Moon is Pisces. I'm extremely expressive and fluid in emotions and expression.

In appearance, I am docile, polite, well-mannered, balanced, and refined. I hate rudeness and if people get in my way, I will diplomatically work things out to be in favor of me without taking much from others.

I have Jupiter-Saturn conjunction exactly on my Asc and Pluto is hanging out near my Asc, too. Am I shy? Heck, no. I actually am NEVER in awe of people. I don't care who's "who" and I will treat everyone the same. I am very specific with who I closely associate with and when I do associate with others, I'm extremely brutally honest with them. I don't spare feelings and when I feel things, I generally do not hold back. I do this because I don't want anyone and everyone to just feel comfortable around me. I am not someone people can easily come around and say whatever (usually stupid things) without me butchering them. People tend to feel the need to be cautious around me, despite me looking so harmless (I am, but I don't tolerate nonsense). So, yes, I am quite talkative and pretty knowledgeable across the spectrum, however, I will only share my time with the selected few.[/QUOT

Alrighty then! I loved how you went into to detail about everything! I'm also a early degree Libra rising! My degree is at 01 degrees ,so I definitely agree with what you said on a lot of things in this passage. I'm glad how you also pointed out the planets on the Asc!
Can I ask you a question, if you dont mind? What would you say about a Sun trine Ascendant or jupiter in the first house (libra also) conjunct Ascendant in Libra individual?

Moon and Pluto in the 1st house. Sun in the 8th house. My moon is in scorpio conjunct pluto in scorpio.

My thoughts? Well, i think alot about my future, about the past, everything that is going wrong with this world, everything that could go right with this world, my family, my friends, my self image, my self expression, my decision making, thinking that my life could end at any minute, finding the women of my dreams. Alot of these emotions never come out too so i can tend to have some serious temper tantrums.

I also think alot about sex. I mean all the time, almost feels unhealthy how much i think about it.

Could also be because i have Venus opposition Pluto, Venus trine neptune, Mars trine pluto, Mars opp Uranus/Neptune.

I'm not sure what you mean about agreeing. What I wrote isn't something for others to either agree or disagree with- in another words, it was not a decision to be weighed on by others nor was it some sort of discussion. All I did was talk about myself. Neither you nor anyone else here knows who I am to even begin to even have any clue about what I've said is applicable.

I was just asking you whats your opinion on those placements because I have them in my astro chart. You seemed to know a lot about astrology (going by what you wrote), so that's why I asked you!

I've met plenty of Gemini with Libra rising and we've got some generic similarities but it depends on planets that are in the 1st house. Yeah, maybe you have Libra Jupiter on your Asc, and so do I, but so what? I've also got Saturn and Pluto there, too. Those planets color my Jupiter and Asc. My Jupiter is direct and at 0º which means it's truly a critical planet. Is your Jupiter direct and critical? Unless it is, our Jupiters alone will function differently.
